I rented a truck to move my goddaughter into storage since she's on college break. I ended up needing a storage unit at the end because the storage unit I rented (from a competitor) was a whole scam and was demolished. So Tyrell & Myra saved me again. The truck and storage unit were just what I needed. Truck return was easy. The facility is spotless and feels open thanks to the windows around the perimeter. The bathroom is huge and spotless (first time I've ever seen a clean U-Haul bathroom). Tyrell & Myra were handling calls, doing their duties and working the counter. They're the reason your customers use this location so I hope you treat them like the blessing they are to everyone!

I tried to rent a truck at a local location. They took the reservation only to call me and tell me the truck could only be picked up 40 miles away. I looked up the location and the rating of that sight made me puke. I call and refused to pick up the truck there and they canceled the reservation and told me I could pick up a truck 90 miles away. I called management to complain and they only thing the manger cared about was if I read the disclaimer on the website as if they wanted to make sure I could not sue them. I will never try to rent from Uhaul. No service, no quality.

I rented a pick up truck with a four wheel trailer.Went to pick up and the tire light was on.left…read morerear needed fifteen pounds of air.They took care of that.Go to drive away maintenance needed light is on.had to go 250 into mountain of New Hampshire to pick up a car.Driverside sunvisor wasd snapped off,then when parking truck keyless remote not working had to lock/unlock manually.No big deal.Car is inm middle of nowhere go to tie down car to the trailer and one rear holddown strap was broke in half.Had to temporary repair with part of strap from another strap that I had.managed to make it home informed U Haul rep of the problem and he starts screaming(LITERALLY)at me and says TIE DOWN COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BROKEN WHEN PICKED UP.Then they have the nerve to charge my card 72.00 for a new tie down.I have used U haul many times and it has always been a good experiance.This time was horrible.
