I am lazy so I just picked a name I knew. I ended up paying 10x as much as I should have and if it wasn't for the almost monthly price increases, I might have been a happily overcharged customer for years! Luckily I tried to contact customer service for an explanation for this month's increase and was told by the chatbot that they are only open until 6pm PST. It was noon PST at the time and when I tried again, I realized it is just always closed. So I called the phone number which gives you 2 options. Pay your bill or hang up. No way to get a person. Fed up, I went to an alternative and am now paying 10 times less!! Thank you Public Storage for being so terrible. You are going to save me so much money! read more

Very disappointing experience. Public Storage renewed my unit at $180/month, while my friend pays only $90 for the exact same space. When I contacted customer service, they ended the chat while I was still asking questions. I also asked multiple times if the lock fee was a deposit--they told me not to worry and promised a refund, which never happened. The year before, I shared a unit with friends and rats destroyed 70% of our belongings. Everything was covered in droppings or chewed. After a year of complaints, all they gave us was one free month. Poor service, dishonest communication, and serious cleanliness issues. Avoid this place. read more

Irma was incredibly helpful in setting up our unit! We had some logistical questions and problems since we live very far away from the storage location, but she helped us through all of it and answered all of our questions. Angelica ..... Is very nice and very helpful .... She will explain your rental policy word for word and always willing to answer all question you may have .... I have been with Public Storage for 5 years maybe more then that but I never had any problems with none of your employees and as far as the mice problem .... Yes I see them to but it happens with buildings like that not really a problem to me as long as my belongs are in a safe place I'm ok with the mice. ....... Angelica you play your position well you keep doing what you do cause that's what keeps you employed and your position should be greater for all that you do ..... I have been storing all my worldly belongings in this Public Storage for almost 5 years now ! As you all know the longer you store the higher your rental for the storage space ! It was getting a little expensive so one night i called the 1-800 help line that Public has . And a really helpful guy , who's name i forgot help mr first by giving me a discount on my rental agreement . Then letting me know that i could contact the actual property manager and i could down size my unit ! I had never even thought about that ! So next day I did . And this really helpful woman by the name of Kim help me .First she found a unit right by mine , the she wrote the contract and saved me more than half from what I was paying ! And when I was done moving my stuff She went out of her way to help dispose of stuff that i no longer needed ! She was awesome ! if you need a storage solution call Kim up she's professional kind warm helpful she made my weekend ! Two thumbs up ! read more
