I immediately felt safe, you have to put your code in multiple times the sense of security is so much better compared to the last place. There is good lighting, they have elevators, it's clean. This place is SO CLEAN! We chose a 10x20 climate-controlled unit and are very pleased so far. Everything is very secure and it doesn't feel like walking into a horror movie. Ha ha. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating, and when we had some minor drama with the movers, they assured me that everything we were promised from them would go as planned...and it did. They genuinely cared about our situation and we appreciate it very much. Every time we walk into the office, we are greeted with a smile. We highly recommend this location.

Who's heard of an energy surcharge? And why do I have to pay it? Who knows. Insurance - they charge an extra $12 insurance for "my protection" and will only take it off when I send my renters / house insurance. Why does it matter? If I don't have insurance I lost my stuff. If I have insurance and something happens, my insurance company will still handle the insurance, whether or not I showed you a copy of my insurance. My insurance on my personal items should not matter. It's just another way for them to charge extra fees and make it difficult for you to remove fees. If there's a way for them to rip you off, they will.

One week later 78.60 was taken out of my account UNAUTHORIZED. I call a supervisor named Joanne who completely lies to me and tells me "it's auto pay, it's your new bill, blah blah" I just paid them 270.00 less than a month ago. I filed an insurance claim and would NEVER use them again, primarily because of the disgusting customer service Joann provided.
