Most recently they took little interest in our somewhat small but important problem with tires for the riding mower we purchased here -- very satisfactorily -- some years back. In fact their only interest seemed to be in getting us to buy a new one. They didn't appear to be at all concerned about our urgency; in fact, they just didn't seem like they cared much. We don't think it's just us -- a neighbor reported almost the same treatment last month. Our next mower/equipment purchased will not come from Goff.

Though they were solidly booked during this heat wave, they managed to squeeze me in rather than have me, 83 year old woman, suffer another day with only a small fan for relief. The techs were wonderful - friendly, professional, patient, helpful and HONEST. They quickly resolved the problem, though I was prepared for much more in time and cost.

They put in an air conditioner for us, their pricing is fair, they are reliable and most of all, they are honest as the day is long. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone......we are very satisfied customers!!

They also do deliveries even though I'm not in town. I really can't ask for more than that. This fall I bought my first snowblower from John and it's been perfect. I made a reservation on line at this location because it was the closest to me and I could rent a storage there but the reservation was somehow changed to another UHaul dealer nearly 10 miles further away, at $.99 a mile that's almost $20 I am payments for no reason. The other location in Plainville was great but I am now paying more for no reason and I had to listen to this horrible woman tell me over and over again how wrong I was even though the email from UHaul clearly showed the reservation at that location. This is the first negative UHaul experience I have ever had after atleast a dozen time renting so I have to assume it is this location and more so this rude woman and not UHaul itself. Avoid this location at all costs. They lost my rental business on the truck and the self storage unit because of their rude and nasty attitude that I and no one else should have to endure. Give a call to Brian or Amber at UHaul in Plainville and they'll take good care of you like they did for me.

Looking for replacements quickly to enable us to cut down seriously overgrown acreage, we went to the dealer from whom we bought the mower, Goff. They reluctantly located two tires and said it would be 2-3 days before they could repair and get them back to us. Crazy. We then went to Ruwest. They took a genuine interest in out little problem, and suggested we go to Toce Brothers down the street where, they said, they send all of their tire work. Their suggestion was excellent, we did so, and we got our new tires all set within an hour. Good folks, in our view. We'll recommend them highly for anyone looking for farm machinery and equipment and servicing in this area.
