Been in a couple times, friendly knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile to help me out trying to fix a really old chainsaw for me. They also do deliveries even though I'm not in town. I really can't ask for more than that. This fall I bought my first snowblower from John and it's been perfect. Any questions I had before purchasing the machine, while buying it and during delivery were always answered promptly and without judgment. Very friendly staff, who help me order replacement parts and offered assistance with the part. I should be receiving my special ordered part in the next two days and will update my review. I also have a lawn mower that has self propelled motor to assist with pushing the mower, that they offered assistance with repairing. Though we both agreed to wait until at the snow was gone to think about lawn mowers. They do sell snow blowers, lawn mowers and many other yard tools. I brought my lawnmower here because my spouse had it a rock while mowing the back yard. The lawnmower blade was hitting the side of the mower when we tried to use it. My neighbor tried to fix it but wasn't able to. I expected to have to leave my lawnmower with the shop however, the gentleman took a quick look at it and said do you have 10 minutes. He quickly tighten a bolt and did a few other things and gave me the mower back without charge. He fixed it in under 10 minutes and was very polite and professional. I would definitely bring any of our small engines to this shop for repair. So refreshing to find owners/workers that are polite and generous. read more

John is great. I took two non-running, older lawn mowers here on a Wednesday at the start of spring. Both were tuned-up, repaired and ready to go by Friday. One mower was $99 the other $112 -- far less and I got them back far quicker than I've experienced other places. read more
