I was working during the snow storm, and couldn't verify if he actually plowed it until I got home. He never showed up, kept the money I paid him and refused to refund it- claiming his truck blew up. I called and texted him multiple times asking to be refunded the payment and he made up an excuse about how he needed the money so he wouldn't be returning it. Extremely unprofessional and scammy. Dont call this guy- he will lie and steal your money. I wish Yelp let you post pictures so I could include the text thread with him.

Dan provided me with great information and honest recommendations for our new snow blower. He could have upsold me to a larger, more expensive one, but he was honest and kept me towards the lower-version Ariens 28 RapidTrak. I have the blower now, and it worked great over the last snowfall. When I went to visit, Dan also let me "test drive" the blower, so I could feel how the tracks worked, and how the auto-turn behaved. All worked wonderfully well, as expected... but, again, the key is that he let me run it, which was great. Dan also talked about various accessories, including the LED light which he sells online - he's supposedly the only seller for Ariens-branded LED lights on the blower... impressive. He also recommended the plastic sliders and showed me everything else I might want (I added the canopy, as he had a great deal on it). Bottom line, with the great sales and discussion, I wouldn't think of buying it anywhere else! River East setup the blower well, and had it ready to go when it was delivered. The delivery person also walked me through the basic operation (even though I knew it pretty well, as I've used Ariens for many years). Point is, he spent the time to answer any questions and provide extra tips as well. Overall, great service and sales... I highly recommend them!
