Almost all the boxes were opened and re-taped with 3 different color tapes as you can see in the picture. We hired this company to move us from CA to CT and back. Our beautiful home items were stored in their facilities that were Obvi not climate controlled as promised- See pics of my leather goods deteriorated- Have thousands of pictures. Had 6 employees come out and take account for damages and missing items- See pics- and they are giving me a hard time about any refunds or replacements for valuables- They obviously have a theft problem and integrity issues and it always stems from the top. We filed a police report and taking all appropriate actions.

Insurance - they charge an extra $12 insurance for "my protection" and will only take it off when I send my renters / house insurance. Why does it matter? If I don't have insurance I lost my stuff. If I have insurance and something happens, my insurance company will still handle the insurance, whether or not I showed you a copy of my insurance. My insurance on my personal items should not matter. It's just another way for them to charge extra fees and make it difficult for you to remove fees. If there's a way for them to rip you off, they will.
