As we walked around the property he listened to what I wanted, made very good suggestions for things I had not considered and gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew the subject matter. I don't know how they were able to climb as high as they did... it's clear this is a specialized craft. They were very careful about lowering the branches after cutting them. It was a long day but they finished the job, not leaving until the last branch was chipped and loaded into the truck. Matt also injected the remaining, mostly healthy ash tree -- we're hoping it can be saved. I was happy to see many dead emerald ash borers had fallen out of the tree for several days afterward. I ordered two cords from him and he was able to fulfill the order within a week (mostly because of my schedule). I have a rather large three car garage and the stacked wood took up an entire side of my garage and then some. I ended up building a rack outside for the overflow. He also made sure that he brought enough pallets for me as I didn't have an existing wood pile or rack. I should have enough wood for the winter, if not, I'm definitely calling Bill again.
