Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! Showing up when he said he was going to, and keeping us apprised through each part of the job. The job was to remove a rather significant oak tree hanging over my house. Ivan and his crew were able to take the tree down with no difficulty. It was truly a sight to watch the climber bring down each part of the tree in the exact area they wanted, especially considering there was a very narrow area to drop. Ivan also took down a large storm-damaged oak in my neighbors yard, and my neighbor was equally impressed with Treeline. After the tree work was finished, Treeline actually addressed the lawn, which was obviously impacted by the work being done. They laid topsoil, seed, and hay to ensure that my yard will look as though they were never there. That is a first for me in dealing with a tree company! We have an enclosed courtyard with a blue fieldstone patio.. the original from 1970 still here when we bought the place. The stones were all uneven, rocked and moved alot when you walked on them and there were some really old ugly shrubs in here that had to go .. we wanna do our own planting, etc. out there. We weren't even sure this company would take on our job ... figured it might be small potatoes to a place that, from their website, does some really nice landscaping and bigger jobs. Greg came over for the estimate visit and couldn't have been nicer. Never made us feel like this was too small a job for them .. he was very enthusiastic about the job, give us all the details and his recommendations re: what should be done and set the date. Based on the good reviews for this company on other sites and the confidence we felt, we booked him right on the spot. The nicest surprise we got was when they called a week earlier than we expected and ask if we wanted them to come out and do the job the next day! We jumped at it and told him very definitely. This job involved ripping and digging up 3 old bushes with huge root balls, flattening and re-soiling the entire planting area .. and the big part -- pulling up about 100 of our existing fieldstones, re-sanding and compacting/flattening the surface, then carefully re-laying our old stones nice and tight. They did this entire job in one long day ... and its perfect. We love the patio -- it looks 10 times better than we even thought it would ... can't wait to have people over and make them jealous now!
