We found out after he left the house leaving dirty foot prints all over the 2nd floor, he searched and went through every room. When we confronted him, he first lied about not entering the house, then after we told him he was caught on camera, he lied again and said my wife told him to go. First of all, any body with a working brain should know there is nothing about sprinklers in the master bedroom, Second of all, he went in without permission, and went through our private stuff. Also, after the incident, we got news from the gated community that they have done this before, but stopped after receiving complaints. Avoid at all cost. Yea and of course we called the police, but they won't arrest him after him admitting to entering our house 2nd floor, he got away with lying about getting permission from my wife and the fact that he has worked on the house for almost a year.
