They did one area rug and stairs and stated the were leaving. I stated they did not do the other rug. The rug cleaning man raised his voice in a hostile manger and told me I didn't tell him about the other rug. He said it would be 10.00 dollar's more which would have been fine with me. Unfortunately his anger and rudeness scared me so much I just wanted him to get out of my home. I would not recommend them at all

Mess up time and time again and expect you to waste your time waiting for them day after day just for them to mess up again, like not bring the drying mats, which was their ONLY job. MULTIPLE TIMES. I was assured by the owner Brian, this would be remedied, yet they showed up without the mats again. They obviously have no respect for their customer's time and their workload, let alone the stress they are already under facing their homes being destroyed. They just add a ton more stress. People are nice and friendly at first. In fact, I waited to post this review hoping that either a…read moretelephone call would be returned or workers would return to complete the job. The floor sanders did damage to the floors they were supposed to fix. They left the house with debris and a mess. Yes. A cleaning crew came back after a week, but they only fixed the obvious mistakes. See pictures. In the garage they were to replace drywall. They did a subpar job on cutting pieces that fit, damaged a piece of furniture, and left plaster and insulation debris on the workbench and did not cover anything down there. Additionally, they removed fixtures for lights and left them unattached and with wires for the fixtures plus the garage door opener hanging in the garage. Very disappointed. USAA Insurance should remove them from the provider list and Southern Ct folks should beware of the polite people who leave shabby and incomplete work, refuse to return telephone calls, and generally cancel out the nice telephone call with the abusive way they handle your home. Don't trust them. It was a waste to leave the house unoccupied for more than a week and allow them access for more than a month to sand floors and replace drywall and installation. They failed and don't seem to care about is.

Called a couple of companies but chose this one because they provided quick response, quote on the spot, and reasonable pricing. Jose came out the next day to do the repair because he wanted to repair it before it rained in the open roof. He and his crew worked quickly, did extra length of roof cap that they found was loose, and didn't charge extra. Will recommend this company to all my neighbors and will use again if we need more work/new roof. Thanks Jose for providing professional work and a quick repair. Awesome experience!
