When i finally called and checked (after the April 15th deadline) he admitted to forgetting to file. Last year he had to be prompted as to where my status was. This year same thing. I have called three times. He hasn't returned my calls. I spoke to one lady who said the status is on a white board and she could see he was missing two things. Why wasn't I notified??? I provided them. Have called twice and nothing. Yes, lackadaisical may be too nice of a word.

Proven Data Recovery was able to recover ALL of my work. Every folder. Every file. Amazing. A bit pricey, but then most data recovery services are. I didn't have anything on the drive that couldn't eventually be recreated, but recovering the drive saves me lots and lots of work. The turn-around time was outstanding, and there was continuous communication. No work progresses unless you say it does, and there is no charge if they cannot recover your drive.
