Very unprofessional. The CEO of the company dances around my questions about pricing, avoids the specifics of how their services operate. When asked about contracts I was met with an unclear and untrustworthy response saying "we don't really do contracts but we recommend 6 months." He cut our meeting off right at 30 minutes (after showing up late) and then never followed up with their "plan." Please do not go with this group, there are dozens of other marketing groups that are much more successful then this company that will sit down for more than 30 minutes with you and actually follow through with a real Plan rather than just ghosting you. read more

Their SEO strategy is nothing more than google tag manager and yoast wordpress plugin, don't waste your money. Their company model is to get clients on the hook with the sales pitch and then bill them a lot of expensive hours for minimal basic web services. Don't waste your money, don't fall for the lies in the sales pitch, don't let them get their hooks in you to slowly bleed your company of $ while they have a team in India doing your work for pennies on the dollar. I only put 4 stars instead of 5 because we are waiting on more data to come in over the next few months. Thus far, the Rebel team has worked professionally and diligently on our needs as a business. Communication has been fantastic and they have had an open mind and ear to ideas that we have come up with in house as well as have presented ideas to our team. There is a lot of gray in the marketing world and Rebel has presented goals, key metrics and results as clear and concise as they can while being sure to not over promise and allow the data to speak for itself. We feel that working with a marketing company should be a long term, mutual relationship that takes time to adjust and cultivate to meet long term goals. That being said, we look forward to continuing to work together with Rebel and hit the objectives and goals we come up with together. The "Covid era" has proven to create new difficulties in the marketing and business world but Rebel has continued to work with us to create plans and strategies to make sure we can meet our objectives.
