We recently experienced a situation where we not only needed immediate on-site help at our house but due to what appeared to be another security issue, we had to call our technician on his cell on a Friday night about 2 hours after he left our home and then bring my laptop into the shop in Windsor the next day for a complete "wipe". The technician who came to our house (only about 2 hours after my husband reached out) was Donavan Green and he continued to work with us until things were resolved. I cannot begin to express how incredibly responsive and helpful he was! Yes! At last! A PC sales and repair store that does not have the inaudible, socially inept and isolated computer guy talking to me while he games from someone else's PC he's supposed to be fixing. These guys are clean, professional, pleasant, and VERY good at what they do. Brian was awesome in the way he handled my account, calling to discuss options before doing any work and actually advising me to a cheaper alternative. I think I met the owner too. He was talking with another customer but greeted me as well and the way he talked to the other customer was 100 % pro-fess-ional. I had the most amazing experience at PC development group. I am a professional photographer and need a reliable computer. PC Development was able to build me a brand new computer and transfer all my editing programs! Not only were the programs installed but all my work was on the new computer right from were I left off. I was really impressed. They were reasonably priced too (but would have paid more for the amazing service). My computer is amazing and runs so fast. They set up a plan for all my work to be backed up too! They are 100% professional and friendly they even carried my computer out to my car! I have used this firm perhaps a half dozen times over the past decade, as well as purchasing a PC, a laptop, and various hardware upgrades. The latest service was to rejuvenate an elderly iPhone 5. It appears to be like new now. The personnel are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Service is always lightning quick (the most recent service tech actually apologized because service would take him two hours...). Extremely happy with PC development. They fixed my broken iPhone screen in one hour on a Saturday AM for a reasonable price. They offer discounted rate to replace the battery while they had it open. Very happy. A few weeks later I wasn't happy with the new battery life, so they replaced it under Warranty no questions asked!
