I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. When our system did not work on a holiday weekend due to improper training we were charged. We have also been charged for them to log in remotely to resolve issues with a $7,000+ system that were not at our hands. The icing on the cake is coming in on a Monday morning to no phones and one of the owners, Brian, refusing to service our system because of $110. unpaid invoice which was in dispute. We have since contacted a reputable company that has resolved our issues and also stated that the system we are using is not sold by them due to all the issues we have had. Buyer beware!!!!
