She came up with all sorts of excuses for not communicating with me - health issues, dropping her phone in a puddle of water so no phone service, moving so she had no internet service for weeks, ridiculous! Asked for a refund and never heard back from her! Would NOT recommend her to anyone. She is also not registered as a legitimate business with the town of Northampton.

After three months of back and forth requesting a response to my requests I was met with excuses of illness, technically issues etc. At first i thought they were legitimate however, I never received a final piece of even the first item to be completed. After another lengthy delay I have request a refund and still have not heard even a response to my request. It is very unfortunate as I value service level above all else. This woman took my money and did not deliver on her end am blown away how people can sleep at night conducting business this way! I will let you know if there is any resolution
