I could not access their assistance, I was told I needed to go back t the other side of of the store and ask customer service, mind you, the staff person on question was just standing there. This was the way the entire visit went. They steadfastly refused to offer assistance, stating they were short staffed, but behaving as if they had nothing to do but refuse service. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and let's not forget condescending (I assume because I am older and had questions, who knows). If you want any sort of helpful interaction this is not your place.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. Right outside the Fun Hub Action Park, you can find the Cracked Solution kiosk where the staff will meet you for a scheduled repair. As a note, I'm finding a bunch of increased prices for technology, so returning and fixing my old tech is taking more priority than it had before. This includes old phones, which do support some of the latest operating systems that you can install yourself along with security updates. Older phones are still closer to entertainment devices like iPod Touches, too, including web browsing, calling, headphones, and other features that compare to desktops and laptops by having HDMI video out via USB hubs, and USB keyboards. Jasmine remarked on the build quality of the S10+ she handed back to me, which I appreciate. I am only admiring the fact the last 10 years of phone still come in very large data storage sizes, they just need software updates, and a ten year old phone still feels pretty advanced compared to most of the generic fifteen and twenty year-old phones. Jasmine arrived, was prompt, and fixed my phone in less than an hour despite such the fine screws, glues, and maintaining or replacing waterproofing adhesives for my phone. The phones of western MA are in good hands--at least, those hands fixing your phone after we drop them. She even had a spare screen protector that fit my phone.

Unbelievably helpful! I spent 2 hours of my morning trying to find a repair shop that could remove…read morethe back of my laptop so I could access the battery. Laptop wouldn't stay on and that was the final step to trouble shoot but there are tiny screws that you need a special tool for. I spoke with Eric, and after walking him through (on the phone) what was going on he said it didn't sound like a battery issue at all. Had me tighten / check all connections & I plugged into a different outlet--Viola! He was so polite, professional, & helpful. Not only did he save me an expensive repair but he saved my day. I've never left a review here but figured this would be my first considering the service I received…read morefrom them. Let's see, the first place told me I needed a new logic board for my 2012 MacBook Pro which would have set me back $500.00. The second told me I needed to buy a new MBP for $1500.00. These guys set me up with a solid state drive and memory upgrade for around $350. My confidence in their assessment came when the owner volunteered to show me his personal laptop and said mine would be faster after the repair/upgrade because his was a year older than mine. I don't know about it being a year older but it looked like it had been to war. After his demo I signed their contract. For the past couple months I've been cruising along with what I feel is a great deal. I was inconvenienced for a couple days while they waited for parts and did their work. When they called I was shocked the price was less than originally quoted because I didn't have any data. Truth be told, I have 4 pictures and a couple documents. Everything else is in the cloud or on my external drive so it made less work for them. I will definitely be going back when my laptop needs service. Their prices are great and the service better than anyone else I talked to. I don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.
