For some reason the phone wouldn't work with the new battery; "we're trying to figure it out with Apple." A BCS technician was on the phone a few more minutes, and to my pleasant surprise convinced Apple that this was a product problem not a customer problem - Apple agreed to replace the phone. By noon the next day BCS had received a replacement phone from Apple, and loaded my apps and info onto it. Thank you several Nashua employees for advocating on my behalf.

There have been great employees at BCS and not-so-great ones, but I've always found service and pricing to be fair. Since Vermont does not have an Apple store or a Genius Bar, this is as close as we get! I was shocked to see negative reviews here, it really suggests a need for customer service training. Kindness and helpfulness go a long way to retaining customers. Patrick Brown himself is a very helpful guy, courteous, patient, and a straight-talker. I have bought my last 5 computers from him. On an unrelated note, I updated to Sequoia and the Find tool no longer finds anything. Zip, zilch, nada. This is CRAZY. Also I get a Bookmarks Syncing error message every 10 minutes with a long page of code that means nothing to me. Every day now since Sequoia -- 20 times a day -- It's awful. Wish Apple would admit Sequoia is a dog.

After dealing with three other places and getting nowhere, being told she'd have to buy a new phone, we went to Rubber Duck. Spoke with the woman there, and she was awesome. My aunt did not have to buy a new phone. Tip: Even if you don't want a password on your phone, create one you'll remember anyway, then disable it. If the phone creates one, it's not going to tell you what it is.

I had debated just going to my service provider and upgrading my phone but decided I'd check out repair options first. It was my first time visiting New England iPhone Repair. I walked in the door without an appointment and was promptly greeted by Nick and made to feel that my problems might be solved. And they were; professionally, skillfully, affordably and quickly. Nick was very friendly, accommodating, informative and set my mind at ease In my decision to hold off upgrading at this time. Thank you NE iPhone Repair for quickly getting me back up and running. After talking to my partner about wedding invitations we decided to stop in at CopyCat to look at…read morewhat options they had available. When I walked into the store I asked one of the employees for what items they had and he seemed a bit confused. His co-worker pointed me towards the books they have for invitation templates and I spend some time looking through the items. While looking at what they had for invitations I quickly realized that the prices were high and that I could probably get better options online for cheaper. Since that was the case I ask the employee if I could bring in my own stock and have them printed on it. This was an option and he politely gave me the business card to call about further questions. In the end I didn't print anything but was able to ask them a few different questions. The staff seems nice enough but it would have been more pleasant if I had received a little bit more support around questions. Even though that was the case, I know that what I was asking of them probably isn't typical day-to-day questions so I appreciate the time they took to support me.
