While I have to admit the signal is night and day better, the customer service in person as well as 1-800 phone is below par. It seems as if all the good local customer service reps when to work at Comcast, as I've have nothing but amazing in person experiences backed by equally great phone calls. Unfortunately I'm stuck with T-Mobile for cell phone because of the reception but i would not recommend them if you have the option of others!!
