I don't often write reviews. But after leaving Superior today I just had to comment on how professional John was. I'm still newish to New England and I have to say that customer service here leaves much to be desired, but that wasn't the case here. John is extremely knowledgeable in all things tech repair from phones, tablets to laptops. For someone so smart he's extremely down to earth and knows how to explain things for the average "non-techie" person. I was getting my phone serviced and although it took longer than we both expected and it was nearing and pass closing time, he never made me feel rushed. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. And he gave me a lot of just good all around tips in caring for all my technology. You can tell that he genuinely just likes to help people. He's really passionate about what he does so it's cool listening to him talk about it although it's not my forte he made it sound cool and interesting. Didn't expect to have such an enjoyable time and just thought everyone should know. Great customer service, knowledgeable, honest, fair, professional. I hope to not be in need of his services in the future, but accidents happen and if so I'll definitely be back. read more

I visited your Cranston location a few days ago to repair my phone screen that had been broken for some time now. I was welcomed by Chris when entering the store and he immediately addressed my needs and went to work. I spent less then 15min at your establishment and my phone was repaired and looking brand new. He also included a protective screen with his services. I was very pleased with the professionalism and fast service I received from start to finish. I went to the location at 285 Park Ave and was met by Mike G. He must have patiently spent at LEAST an hour, probably more, explaining new phones and accessories. He was professional, polite, honest, and friendly. After I bought my new phone and wireless headphones, I returned to the store with an issue with the headphones. I was upset and angry. Well, the issue ended up being my fault. Still he handled the situation in the most professional way I have ever experienced. After being a Metro customer over three years, I can say he is the BEST customer service representative I have had the pleasure of meeting with. That's not only Metro, but ANYWHERE. I came In here wanting a Nintendo switch. I was told it was around 50$ up front if your approved. I was approved and to my surprise I only paid $20 up front. Since it's a prepaid I was expecting a large amount back to the company but to my surprise it was only around an extra 175$ for the item. Then what had me fucked up was I only pay $20 dollars a week! It was up front, clean, and excellent customer service. I'm shouting out the person who helped me Chris who I originally messaged on an ad I saw on Facebook (very quick messaging service). I shopped around to get a good price for a Samsung Galaxy S9+ screen repair and decided to use Superior Wireless. I spoke with Chris to set things up. He gave me a very fair price and ordered the new screen for me. A few days later the screen came in, I dropped the phone off in the morning and it was ready when I came back after work. These guys can get pretty much any phone you want, unlocked... Repairs are fast and prices reasonable... If you don't have the cash to drop on a new phone, they can work with you on payments (even with credit issues)... Definitely a great experience working with them, will be back again for sure. read more
