    I went here because one of the shitty laptops they sell broke while sitting untouched. Hirsham was…read moretaking care of us; he was polite and calm. Then he went to get Chris, who apparently decided the best way to talk to a customer was to talk down to them. He literally looked me up and down and scowled at me even before he opened his mouth to speak. Not sure who in the hell coached him on customer service. I explained very clearly that a laptop breaking on its own is obviously defective. Chris then spent his time looking for excuses, hunting for a scuff. He proudly pointed out a tiny scratch on the opposite side of the laptop to explain a hairline crack on the other side of the screen that wasn't even visible to the naked eye. Brilliant logic. Then their morbidly obese manager waddled in and escalated things further by telling us to "get the F*** out of [his] store" and threatening to call the police. So yes, I thoroughly cussed out every one of those rude, half-brained idiots who think it's acceptable to treat customers like garbage. Your life's crowning achievement is "manager at Best Buy." Congratulations. I will never buy another product from Best Buy.

    I went to the Mansfield location to purchase a television and recycle 2 old ones. My fault for not…read morereading the fine print about only accepting limited brands without a charge, so I paid the $59.98 to recycle them. Then I went to look for a new television. Two associates were standing in front of the where the smaller tv's are, talking. I stood behind them, trying to peek around them. Neither of them moved or asked if I needed help. I walked around other aisles for a couple of minutes then went back to where the two associates were still standing and talking. Nothing. Didn't move or ask if I needed for assistance. Sure, I could have politely asked them to move. Instead I left and purchased the tv elsewhere. I will not shop at that location again.

    A typical Verizon store…read more Parking is provided by the mall and is limited during high flow hours. Reservations are not required; however, one may not be seen or have a wait without a reservation. The online reservation process was miserable. I was unable to set one up by phone or laptop. My wife finally accomplished one. Only the next day was available. Note one must have a login to make a reservation. The store is generic and towards the small side. No chairs or benches are available. Handicapped patrons without a wheel chair will have to stand. Our attendant , Mo, was knowledgeable and professional. He was the best factor is our visit, and was able to find us a deal that fit our family. That said, available options for existing customers were limited and had minor savings. There is a big push to sell accessories. Check out prices elsewhere and online ! The mark-up was significant. If you are worried about leaving with a phone without a case and know the model you wish. Purchase the case or an inexpensive case before going to Verizon. They now are pushing a setup charge. This is the process the phone guide one through. If you've done it before or are technically minded do it yourself and save money. Note some models and colors are only available by mail. We were told that is due to a low inventory at the location. You may want to call ahead if you wish to leave with a phone. Thanks again to Mo.
