He didn't ask me to shut off the electricity (how do you safely fix a switch without doing that?), refused to explain what exactly he did, gave me no receipt, and didn't leave any write-up. Then he had the nerve to ask me to pay him directly through his personal Venmo account. The whole thing felt incredibly shady. When I followed up with Benny, he basically said there was nothing he could do because Josue is independent and not actually part of his company -- so why refer him in the first place? This felt like a blatant cash grab, not professional service. Honestly, the business might as well be called "Quick and Easy CASH."
