I give very few 5* reviews, but this outfit deserves nothing less. In every area you could possibly rate them on, there were no negatives I could find, all 5*. 1. Makes appointments and keeps them. Called ahead each time with 10 to 15 minute update arrival. Did not take long to get an appointment. 2. Highly skilled. No question that they know what they are doing. 3. Gave price estimate and kept to it. It was a fair price. 4. Told me how long it would take to get parts and they were correct. 5. Highly courteous and respectful of property. 6. Our dryer stopped working so we decided to call Fortes Home Services based on their great reviews. They were very responsive and helpful leading up to the appointment. Jayden arrived despite the pouring rainstorm, quickly assessed the situation and assured me he'd get the dryer working. Great response and honest help! I texted on a Sunday morning that my freezer wasn't working after I had changed the water filter ( Subzero). Quick response that they would send someone first thing Monday morning... but asked me to send more info and then he texted back and walked me through restart process. It worked and now I'm just waiting to see if ice maker works .... Friendly and went above and beyond possibly saving me a repair visit AND my frozen food. read more

Waking up on Christmas Eve to a refrigerator with an internal temperature of 58 degrees was not my idea of a Merry Christmas! Calling around to all of the appliance places to see who had any refrigerators in stock was futile. No availability for weeks. I wound up just picking up a temporary tiny fridge up from the big box store just to get be by a few days (figured i could put it in the garage going forward) Started calling around to repair places over the next - only getting voice mails / answering svc as well - no one calling back. EXCEPT for Fortes! Got a person on the phone right away (Saturday!) Originally thought it was an answering service - but NO! I explained to her the problem with the fridge. She asked if we would like a svc tech out that evening at 6:30 or the next day (SUNDAY!?) Of course i selected that night and asked how much for the service call (what choice did i have really?) She responded with a completely fair rate - and i booked the appointment. Jayden called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to let me know he was on the way and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the issue and said that it can be repaired (I didn't need a new fridge!) and that he could order the part on Monday and have it on Tuesday and install Tuesday night - he would call me back on Monday with a price for the part. As promised he did call back Monday - I agreed to the part price and as promised the part was in on Tuesday. Jayden called to confirm for 6pm Tuesday evening to repair. To our delight - As of 7am Wed Morning - our temp was holding steady at 38 degrees! I couldn't have asked for a smoother svc call. I highly recommend Fortes Home Services and i will continue to use them in the future! read more
