We'd previously purchased from Yale Appliance (in Framingham) and had a good experience so when our…read morefridge died and we needed a new one ASAP in the hot weather, I knew exactly where we were going. And they sure came through! We found a couple of fridges available through the outlet for a few hundred dollars off due to minor cosmetic damage. I called on a Friday morning and Jason went and double checked that the fridges were there and re-described the "issues" with each. Within half an hour we had our fridge ordered and paid for. Delivery for new orders was pushed out nearly a week when I called, due to the volume of sales from the tax-free holiday. I understood the situation and was ready to live with no fridge for several more days. But here's when they went the extra mile - I had mentioned offhand that our fridge was out of commission during our conversation and without my asking for him to do so, Jason said, "since I know you have no fridge, let me talk to the delivery team and see if I can get next-day delivery for you." And HE DID! Delivery went very smoothly. I was texted with a link so that I could track the progress of the truck to my house online. Gerber and his crew showed up bright and early Saturday morning with my lovely new fridge. They were efficient and friendly and explained everything. When I couldn't get my sliding door to lock properly after they'd gone back to the truck, I thought that maybe they hadn't reassembled something right (they'd had to take the handle off the door to fit the fridge through) and went running down the driveway. Gerber came back up to the house and even though as soon as he looked at it, he saw that what was malfunctioning wasn't a part of the door they had disassembled, he still took a few minutes to help figure out what was wrong. And the "cosmetic damage" that got us about a 30% discount on the fridge? One tiiiiiny little ding in one of the doors that is barely visible. All in all, a very stressful experience ended on a high note thanks to a company that clearly understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service and hires folks who are proactive, friendly, and helpful.

I can't speak to all the other bad reviews but I had a good experience with Appliance Repair Center…read morecoming out to Quincy to diagnose my issue of water no longer coming out of the refrigerator dispenser. Scheduling a time was easy and I had text and email reminders. The technician also was willing to wear a mask when I asked him to. Matt was able to talk me through all the steps he was doing to figure out the issue. He didn't pressure me into buying a new part or any unnecessary services. I only paid the diagnostic fee and not any additional service fees because he felt it was unnecessary to do any further work until I saw how the fridge worked with a new water filter which I was able to order off Amazon instead of going through them. Matt walked me through all several options of what I could do with the problem from completely replacing the faulty ice maker to keeping it off and only replacing the water filter. The pricing for everything was very transparent. I did ding them a star because I didn't realize the repairman arrived because there was no company name on the car and there was no uniform. I don't believe the guy had his refrigeration license either because he mentioned he would have to send a different guy in to do any major work. That said he knew enough to get the job done and didn't overcharge me.

Rehoboth school! A Truly Loving and Supportive Community…read more Twin Oaks Farm Learning Center has been an incredible part of our family's life. It's far more than a daycare it's a caring, intentional early learning community where children are genuinely nurtured and supported. The director leads with love, professionalism, and a deep commitment to putting children first, and it shows in every part of the program. My daughter has been at Twin Oaks since she was six months old, and now at three, she still looks forward to going every day. Her social skills, confidence, and early learning abilities are noticeably strong for her age, and I truly credit the nurturing environment and thoughtful curriculum here. The school has gone through staffing changes, but those changes have brought so much positive growth. The current teachers are dedicated, professional, and genuinely love the kids. The atmosphere is calmer, more consistent, and more joyful than ever. I especially want to highlight the current preschool teacher she is phenomenal. Her warmth, creativity, and professionalism give me so much peace knowing my daughter is in her classroom. Twin Oaks is a place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. The director and staff create a welcoming environment for families, and it truly feels like a community. I wouldn't put much weight on negative reviews they often leave out important context and don't reflect the real experience
