So I was confident when he came back I'd be happy. Sure enough when the repair wasn't as functional as he liked he once again looked further into it and discovered a Bosch anomaly and fixed it 100% to my satisfaction! He is a great guy. How many times in my decades of existence have I had such a caring repair guy who wanted to get it right? None that I can recall. It was a first for me and that is facts. Thanks again Spencer. I can't speak to all the other bad reviews but I had a good experience with Appliance Repair Center…read morecoming out to Quincy to diagnose my issue of water no longer coming out of the refrigerator dispenser. Scheduling a time was easy and I had text and email reminders. The technician also was willing to wear a mask when I asked him to. Matt was able to talk me through all the steps he was doing to figure out the issue. He didn't pressure me into buying a new part or any unnecessary services. I only paid the diagnostic fee and not any additional service fees because he felt it was unnecessary to do any further work until I saw how the fridge worked with a new water filter which I was able to order off Amazon instead of going through them. Matt walked me through all several options of what I could do with the problem from completely replacing the faulty ice maker to keeping it off and only replacing the water filter. The pricing for everything was very transparent. I did ding them a star because I didn't realize the repairman arrived because there was no company name on the car and there was no uniform. I don't believe the guy had his refrigeration license either because he mentioned he would have to send a different guy in to do any major work. That said he knew enough to get the job done and didn't overcharge me.

Rehoboth school! A Truly Loving and Supportive Community…read more Twin Oaks Farm Learning Center has been an incredible part of our family's life. It's far more than a daycare it's a caring, intentional early learning community where children are genuinely nurtured and supported. The director leads with love, professionalism, and a deep commitment to putting children first, and it shows in every part of the program. My daughter has been at Twin Oaks since she was six months old, and now at three, she still looks forward to going every day. Her social skills, confidence, and early learning abilities are noticeably strong for her age, and I truly credit the nurturing environment and thoughtful curriculum here. The school has gone through staffing changes, but those changes have brought so much positive growth. The current teachers are dedicated, professional, and genuinely love the kids. The atmosphere is calmer, more consistent, and more joyful than ever. I especially want to highlight the current preschool teacher she is phenomenal. Her warmth, creativity, and professionalism give me so much peace knowing my daughter is in her classroom. Twin Oaks is a place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. The director and staff create a welcoming environment for families, and it truly feels like a community. I wouldn't put much weight on negative reviews they often leave out important context and don't reflect the real experience
