Well I came home and ordered a new one on Amazon.com for approx 25 dollars cheaper and no sales tax than a new one at the store. This wasn't an easy task as the cabinets were packaged up in a pallet ready for delivery. A few months later the seam failed and now we can't get calls returned and when I did finally get them on the phone I was told, essentially, "it's outside what do you expect?" Been ghosted since. I'm okay with $275 every 5 years but not every 5 months. And I'm worried about the structural integrity of the bar itself.

Julie was very responsive and when I could not reach here Ann Jumped in to help. When the installers came they went over the installation fully before the install, checking that their understanding was correct. They also reviewed how the island would be attached to the base. It would overrun the bin. He came back and bent that wire that is supposed to trip the stop, but it has never worked right. I have to manually flip it down when I get ice now or it won't make more. He replaced the belt on our dryer and it has made a ton of noise since. He says it is fine. Nice enough guy, but he was not great at what he did. ===========Update================ The dryer stopped heating this week so I bought a heating element and when I opened it up to install it found that Don had not bothered to reinstall all of the screws he took out and he had installed the drum belt upside down with the smooth side facing the drum.

After such a great experience with the design and installation of my shower door, I contacted Derrick to replace and duplicate a large 4ft x 5ft beveled glass that cracked on my vintage mirror Derrick came through again and was able to match the rare glass perfectly. I had to call back again for the glass shelves and they tell me it will be another two weeks! In the mean time they charged my credit card for the full balance remaining without my permission. I didn't even plan to use that card for the balance but they charged it anyway and they even took the money for the glass shelves that are still not installed. I had a great feeling about this company initially and was highly disappointed in their customer service and delivery timeline - not to mention using my charge card info to bill the balance without permission when the job isn't even completed.
