Politics aside, Don was friendly, responsive and helpful. I have no problem with his Let's Go Brandon hat.

From the moment I walked in, they took the time to answer my questions, offer thoughtful guidance, and help me find the right appliances while staying within my budget. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported. The experience didn't stop there. Delivery was seamless, and Andrew and Mike were fantastic. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed with care. They treated both my new appliances and my home with the utmost respect. I highly recommend New England Appliance & More to anyone looking for quality appliances, trusted brands, competitive prices, and exceptional customer service. They truly make you feel like family, not just another customer. I'll definitely be returning (and sending friends & family) for future appliance purchases!

I don't shop here often but when I do, I have received exceptional SERVICE!…read moreToday was another example of that Service! I purchased a connection wire but asked the front Greeter to help and she did.... I had what she chose in my hand and I still looked more and I noticed the one she gave me was 6 feet long and I noticed one for 5 feet long and I chose the shorter the box looked the same so I purchased it! When I brought it home it did not work so I drove back to return it! When I did.....the Cashier said that the Greeter that initially who gave me the right Wire Connection noticed I bought the wrong one and tried to catch me outside But I already left and so the Cashier had the Correct one for me and she tested it on my item I brought in and IT WORKED! The Moral of the Story..... BEST BUY EMPLOYEES KNOWS BEST!!!!! The two boxes were very similar and the photos the same on the Box and yet there was a slight difference which I did not notice! THANK YOU THE THAT GREETER WHO HELPED ME BUT ALSO THE CASHIER WAS TRULY VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND THATS WHY IN MY EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS SHOP HERE FOR ALL MY TECHNOLOGY ITEMS! Truly they know their merchandise!

I spoke with multiple employees at the store trying to get a simple answer and no one gave a shit. I honestly think it's racism, which is really sad, because the employees were almost all black and brown, and I'm brown. Maybe because I look middle eastern was why they did this: but it's an experience so bad that I won't forget it. Half a fucking hour. To his credit the original guy I spoke with eventually helped me - but it was half a fucking hour. Have some fucking pride in your work, don't be a piece of shit, don't treat one customer like they're garbage and the next like they're royalty. I'm also a business owner and yeah I'm sorry but your business is run like total shit in this location, guys. If the message was "Fuck you, we don't want to help you," have the fucking balls to say it to me, don't waste all of our time on it. This was in January btw. Fuck yourselves.

This is a store I will never return to under any circumstances…read more I shopped at this location regularly for 18 years when I lived in Marina Bay in Quincy. Although I now live in New Bedford, I happened to be driving through Quincy after a medical appointment in Boston and decided to stop in to pick up a few items. I selected a can of Sprayway glass cleaner, but I wasn't feeling well and wanted to check out and head home as quickly as possible after an unpleasant dental appointment. Unfortunately, nearly all of the checkout lanes appeared to be self-checkout, and there were no employees available to assist customers. The only employee I could see was at the opposite end of the store. I scanned my item and attempted to pay several times, but the self-checkout machine was frozen and would not process my transaction. I'm not familiar with troubleshooting self-checkout machines, and frankly, I don't work there. This is one of the reasons I dislike self-checkout. Out of frustration, I tapped the screen, which resulted in a small hairline scratch. There was still no employee available to help, and no one came over despite the machine clearly not functioning. Feeling frustrated and unwell, I left the store. To my complete shock, I was later contacted by the Quincy Police regarding the incident. I had to appear in virtual court and was ultimately ordered to pay $1,300 for what was described as malicious damage to the self-checkout machine--even though the machine was already malfunctioning. I have absolutely no criminal record, and I paid the full amount in person at the Quincy Courthouse as ordered. What happened next was even more upsetting. Shortly after making the payment, I learned there was a warrant issued for my arrest. When I contacted the Quincy Courthouse, I was told that the safest course of action was not to leave my home because I could be arrested. That was an incredibly distressing thing to hear after I had already paid the court-ordered amount. I tried contacting the store for help, but I was repeatedly told there were multiple managers and that no one could assist me. No manager ever returned my calls. I also contacted corporate, but they were unable to help resolve the situation. Eventually, I was able to speak with a detective who helped clear up the confusion. This entire experience has completely destroyed my confidence in self-checkout systems. It also reinforced my belief that stores need adequate staffing so customers can get assistance when technology fails. If an employee had been available to help when the machine froze, I believe this entire situation could have been avoided. This experience has also permanently changed my opinion of Home Depot. No one should have to endure what I went through over the purchase of a single can of $3 glass cleaner.
