More than a thousand dollars in to repair my oven... and it still doesn't work. They've taken weeks…read moreto get to me. Then twice came out and couldn't fix it. The first time to assess, but didn't assess correctly and so I had to call my plumber out to put in a new gas shut off. Then they sent two guys out - one just a helper, the other one clearly had never worked on an oven like mine before. He spent a long time looking at the wiring diagram. They broke two ignitors on the stove top. They didn't test the oven thermostat. They were going to leave it a mess behind/underneath the range until I asked them to just sweep it up (even gave them my shop vac to do it.) I have another call in, hopefully I'll get one of the guys everybody raves about in these other reviews next time....

After a week in the hospital, I came home to a broken washer/dryer combo. I was unable to leave the…read morehouse, so I did what I always have in the past when I needed an appliance: I called Toma. There IS always a Toma to talk to, or at least one of their incredible customer service reps or two in my case. I was connected to Zak, who is a gift to Toma's Customer Service team. He walked me through what was available in the stackable series they carry, and he found one I might like. His kindness and patience were commendable. I was a mess and would have hung up on me. What I should have done, if I were in better shape, was secure my measurements for the space. Well, here we go--the new washer/dryer was very tall, like the controls are built for a basketball player. Not good if you need a chair to dry the Bean Jeans. I called Zak, who totally understood the issues and put me in touch with Wilfredo. He found the perfect solution to the issues, worked along with Zak to get them delivered quickly, and we now have clean clothes. Zac and Wilfredo are the reason why we continue to shop at Toma
