Second appliance purchased from Yale Appliance in the last few months. The process is so easy. Purchased online and was able to see all of the available options and select the right appliance for my needs, they have tons of information on their website. After purchasing Kali reached out and confirmed everything and scheduled the delivery, the day before the delivery I was notified of the time window and the day of the delivery I was notified that the driver was on his way. Christian and the delivery crew were very efficient, polite, and professional with the delivery and installation. In the past I would have done this myself, picked up the new appliance, brought it and installed it and figured out what to do with the old one. Yales pricing is competitive and the service has been exceptional, it's a great value. read more

We hired Yale to take out the old oven and install the new one. Great communication. And they were on time. Given the traffic disturbances in the general area, they did exceptionally well getting here when they told us they would be. The Yale staff on site were also great; very efficient but also friendly; but then I'm a very friendly guy too. I highly recommend Yale Appliance. read more

We purchased 2 new Miele dishwashers. The showroom is beautiful & clean. We were greeted at the door & a salesman was called. We had done our homework so we knew what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable & the sale was seamless. They were just installed & the whole process including removing the old units took about 30-45 minutes. The delivery men were courteous and neat. They ran them to make sure they worked correctly. I received a text the day before with the delivery time. The next morning I received a text showing how to track the truck. I greeted them at the door & we went from there. Can't recommend Yale highly enough. read more

Dorian arrived on time and did an incredible job. He was quick, clean, effective and fun to work with. Highly recommend.

Yale appliance installation and delivery team is amazing. They carefully checked the space for installation site, the connections of the old unit, dissembled the old unit, even cleaned the floor, and took away all the trash. They carefully installed the new unit, tested them, made sure the units worked, and adjusted the position of the unit to make sure the doors can be opened properly. In a word, they made every effort to ensure the best customer experience. On top of that, they were very efficient and experienced! read more

Travis was great! He was very thorough & resolved the issue with my dryer. He also cleaned up when he was done with his service call.

We started using Yale Appliance when a friend recommended them, and we learned their prices are as good as the big box stores. Their sales people are knowledgeable AND not pushy, delivery and installation is fast, and they stand behind their appliance with great service! We had scheduled a repair call for today on our 2 year old Yale Range hood. First, two days ago, they narrowed the service window to noon-to-2pm. Today, they texted at 7:57 am to confirm our tech is Mike, that we were his 4th call, and they expected he would arrive at about 12:30. As the morning progressed, they updated the time to 12:45. Low and behold, Mike arrived at 12:42 and was finished by 1:05. This is why all of our major appliances at our Boston apartment and at our weekend house on Cape Ann are now from Yale Appliance! read more

Just a great experience from Sales Team and especially Delivery Team! I'm in a 1910 2 Family with kitchen on 2nd floor and delivery here is not easy. Edwin and team were just fantastic! read more

Very disappointed with Yale Appliance. I purchased a dryer for my rental property, tenants used it once, there was an error on the dryer and they said it was a venting issue. We used their vent wizard who told me my vent was blocked and it would be $5K to re-route. A week later I called Yale as I had decided to instead order a ventless dryer. Although Yale wouldn't allow an exchange (even though it was less than a month since purchased (waited a week for a repair person and another week for vent dx), I accepted that and bought a second dryer. When I ordered the replacement, I declined the removal as I was going to have my tenants sell the BRAND NEW dryer. Yale's installation team insisted that they were to take it. My tenants assumed I changed arrangements so they said ok. I contacted Yale right away and someone said they would get back to me right away. I didn't hear from her so I called my sales person. By the time he looked into it, the dryer had already been "recycled". A virtually brand-new dryer was lost, and Yale took no responsibility and offered no solution, no discount off of my second new dryer. As a repeat customer, this was incredibly frustrating. This ended up being the most expensive dryer I've ever purchased, and unfortunately, it will be my last purchase from Yale Appliance. read more

Service was great. Salesperson made sure that I had everything I needed and that the new dryer would fit with my existing washer. Delivery driver, Jerlin, was fantastic as well. On time, respectful, and careful with the new unit and my new home! read more

Our experience with Yale from sales with Tyrone Robinson to today's delivery has been excellent. We were completely redoing our kitchen so his expertise was much needed. Yale stored our purchases until we were ready and they delivered them today. The delivery crew was very skilled and unpackaged and placed the appliances where we needed them. We are not quite ready for installation but the guys assured us that a team would come out to finish up when we are ready. I highly recommend Yale Appliance. read more

Beautiful showroom with premium brand appliances as well as brands for the masses. You would think a high-end store like this would have employees who treat potential customers with patience and respect but that was not my experience with Jason. On my first visit, Jason answered basic questions about a fridge I specifically wanted to buy. However, I had a harder time deciding on a dishwasher. Although he knew I couldn't decide on one, he put pressure on me to build a profile in their files so that they know which appliances I'm considering. In other word, he's ensuring he gets the commission when I return. I'm not comfortable giving my name and address to be in any store's database unless if I'm ready to buy, so I declined to give my info. After doing more research on my own and narrowing it down between 2 models, I went back a week later and waited 30 minutes for Jason to finish with another customer. My first question was how does one of the dishwashers I'm looking at clean drinking glasses on the top 3rd rack if it's placed almost horizontally as Kitchenaid's ad showed, but he became annoyed right away and said he didn't know and told me to call Kitchenaid's customer service instead. That way, if the dishwasher doesn't clean the glasses, I should hold the manufacturer responsible. He next proceeded to say "I know this dishwasher is "expensive", but you should just decide and not overthink it." He again wanted to create a profile and when I declined after that interaction, he walked away while I was in mid sentence and told me to let him know if I had any other questions. Wow. I went straight to another locally owned appliance store after I left Yale and placed my order. That store wants to thank Jason for sending them new business! read more

Our interior designer referred us to Yale appliances. We ordered a Wolf range and steam oven, SubZero fridge, Bosch dishwasher, Best hood and Yale wine fridge. Paid a premium to have it installed by Yale to get the better warranty from SubZero/Wolf. So far after the installation I have had three major issues. 1) The range after being installed rattled while exhausting heat so loud you couldn't be in the kitchen. Enormous hassle to get anyone to help us. 2) Dishwasher had an error code after being installed and Yale was very difficult working with our general contractor to remedy. 3) Wine fridge was installed and never worked - service tech from Yale said it was like purchasing a car with a bad engine. Every time you contact Yale the customer service could not be worse. I have made three phone calls to my original sales rep Rhonda Niddrie and she has never responded. I have asked for a manager to contact me in the service department twice and each time I asked the rep said that someone would be reaching out to me. The service department is separate from the sales and cannot grasp that we have paid in full since September and it is now January and some of our appliances still are not working. It's amazing how much money we spent compared to the level of customer service we received. I don't think it could have gone any worse. Don't let the showroom fool you- they are not here to help you. read more

Yale is located off of route 9 in Framingham. Look for the yellow and blue sign to the ample parking area at the back of the store. They say first impression is everything, and Yale didn't disappoint with their beautiful display of outdoor grills that makes you stop, ooh and awe. Upon entering the store, my senses were on Wow mode... the store is beautifully lit, and the ambiance is on point. Exactly what a high-end appliance store should feel like (as you know, you are about to lay out an abundant amount that is equivalent to a college tuition) for your new appliances. (Yet, I don't have children, so I went all out!) The greeter who was positioned at her desk asked for my name and reason for my visit. And then introduced me to a sales representative. I met Trevor, who guided me throughout the store. The entire store thoughtfully recreates mock kitchens, bar areas, laundry rooms, etc, that easily makes you invest your emotions into the visit. There is a lot to look at and a lot of knowledge that my pro versed me on. I would believe you would need a degree in home appliances to be able to deliver the level of knowledge that Trevor recited, yet it was all appreciated and taken in one ear (while some info flew out the other) After much time and contemplation. I chose the Thermador refrigerator, stove, range (and a hood) dishwasher, wine cooler, sink, faucet and two new pieces of jewelry... a set of GE profile front loader washer and dryer in sapphire blue Yale is an experience, so bring your patience, plenty of time, and knowing you'll want to leave the store with everything. It's that much fun! (All photos are of my purchased items in my home. This review was long overdue) read more

I thought something was wrong with my oven and it turned out that I just need a quick lessen to learn that it needed more time to heat up than was stated by the oven, to achieve the correct temperature. While the tech was here, he gave me great information on other things that will be very useful in the future. He also protected my kitchen floor and wore booties, which I greatly appreciated since it was raining out. I'm so glad I purchased all my kitchen appliances at Yale. The sales, delivery, and tech experiences were great! I highly recommend them!!! read more

Technician checked our freezer, filters and refrigerator. He shared advice on what to do if freezer drawer is difficult to open. He also explained that the manufacturer has an app and the value of using it. After mentioning an issue with washing machine purchased from Yale, he gave a tip on the different cycles. He was efficient and so knowledgeable!!! So glad I purchased my appliances through Yale to have an expert technician be available. read more

After a nightmare situation ordering a dishwasher from AJ Madison (because it was on super sale, feel free to read that Yelp review from me if you are thinking of ordering from them) I went to my original gut feeling with Yale. So communicative. Everything on time. Delivery team was so polite. Dishwasher was in perfect condition (not damaged). This is not the first time I have ordered appliances or had a service call from Yale. I am kicking myself for even straying in the first place. They are bar none the best in the Boston area and worth every penny. They made my life so much easier. Thank you Yale!!!! read more

This is pretty easy and I'm very pleased. My gas stove was failing. I wanted to eventually switch to an electric induction stove with convection oven. (I'd earlier added an outlet for the stove.) Finally, after a couple of years of making do, it was time. I checked Yale Electric Outlet on line. They had a model I wanted that had been scratched for a very discounted price. I ordered it on line, spoke to a salesperson on Sunday, was scheduled for delivery Thursday. My plumber: Pipelines Inc, (W. Roxbury) came Monday to disconnect and cap the gas line. The stove was delivered and installed and they took the old one away. I can barely see the scratch. Great service. Also, I feel more comfortable, that if something goes wrong, I can call Yale. read more

Great service from Yale. We spoke with Danny to get the details of getting a SubZero replacement for our 29 year-old SubZero. We had someone out within a couple of days to do measurements, then had a very quick turn around to installation. The whole thing took 5 days, which is amazing. Installation was quick, the workers were efficient. I couldn't say enough good things about the whole experience. read more

Yale Appliances was so helpful in helping me find a new refrigerator that fit the space in my kitchen (old one got zapped by a power failure two days before Christmas). Considering that we had to work around two major holidays, it was delivered today--fits--and is already chilled! Derek was very nice, curious and visibly experienced. He diagnosed my washer in about 15 minutes, detected the problem and explained to me that he'll have to come back with proper parts and fix the machine. He sounded very confident and assured me that the job will be done correctly. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Derek, thank you Yale Appliance. read more

Never returned my call about my clicking gas burner. If they don't answer the phone and don't respond to messages it really doesn't matter how good they may or may not be. I would only buy an appliance from Yale. Let's face it, you are at sometime going to need service. Yale has their own service techs. I got an appointment four days from when I called. I have both bought appliances and had them repaired by Yale, both of those experiences were first rate. The sales people were helpful but not pushy, they were very good at helping you find the right appliances for your needs and budget . They had excellent knowledge of the products they carry. My experience with them for support was wildly beyond my expectations. They intervened in a problem I had with a vendor recommended service company and solved my problem. They did an excellent job resolving my issue and negotiated with the manufacturer to reduce the second repair costs. That kind of support well after the sale is rare. They have earned my loyalty and gratitude. They are truly a remarkable company read more
