His communication was great--letting us know each day when he would arrive/leave, he worked long hours, was very talented in what he did, and IMHO did exceptional work. We were very happy. In our particular case, the final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, however, it was completely understandable and I had no qualms what-so-ever (and I typically am not so easy in that department) He spent several days meticulously stripping/prepping the siding--doing the job right.
