I called them when my Bosch dishwasher gave the dreaded E15 error code. They gave me an appointment surprisingly fast, and the technician Ernie arrived exactly when he told me he would. He explained everything to me and showed me what was going on, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Ernie actually had to order a part and return a second time to install it, and I can't say enough great things about how professional he was. He called me the day before to confirm the appointment time. He showed up on-time. He was efficient. And he had a very easygoing demeanor. My dishwasher is working great now, and I'll be calling this place from now on for all my appliance repair needs.

Also, I completely forgot that when I first called, I had asked about mounting my dishwasher properly (The previous owned never mounted it because the counter top is granite.) so when I discovered that he had taken the time to properly mount it, I was pleasantly surprised. No more rocking back and forth when opening the dishwasher door. It's little things like this that make a difference. Dishwasher is working great. I feel like Pete went the extra mile. Dave charged us $250 to tell us we had a problem which was something we knew before he came. Finally, I asked him to just tell me if he wanted to pass on the job and he did. Feel ripped off. None of the others who have looked at the job charged us.
