Tried three times to start some peppers and have not had one germinate out of the 15 starter pellets with 2-3 seeds in each one. That was for 15 pellets each variety of pepper. Both Ferry Morris and American Seed are truly the worst seed companies and avoid them. Very few seeds and the price for non-germinating seeds is very expensive. read more

I bought 2 "ready-to-grow" basil plants (includes soil, seed and container with directions) and they were so simple to create!! So green and luscious and heathy looking! Totally love this product and will try others! I live in Gilbert, AZ and bought these at the Dollar General but did not see any other varieties so I will check Walmart and Home Depot for other herbs & flowers; that is how much I love the product! Purchased Livingston seeds in 2016 that failed to produce the flower on the seed packet. Last fall we wrote Plantation and included pictures of the blooms that we got - which didn't match the seed packet picture. In February we received replacement seeds - can't ask for much more than that. read more

Bought a packet of Morning Glory seeds from Plantation Products and it contained 3, yes three seeds in the package. Absolute ripoff!

Wrote to the company's customer service regarding a seed packet that I purchased. All of the seeds were bad. After I sent my message on the company website, I received an instant reply saying that a representative would answer me within 24 hours. Waited 5 days for a response. Initially the person said that they would send me more seeds. Waited a month and nothing came so sent them a response letting them know. She said that they were on the way and that I would receive them shortly. Waited three more weeks and nothing came so send another email asking for the contact information for the person in charge of customer service. They never replied. Very poor customer service at this company. I do not recommend utilizing them unfortunately. read more
