I figured regular soil just wouldn't do the trick, so I knew I'd need something extra special! The guys at Hydro Earth were really helpful and told me just what I needed. They were also kind enough to talk with me about starting a system for herbs and microgreens (I'm a local chef ). Honestly, I was afraid I'd get suckered into buying equipment I don't really need, but it was quite the converse!

I mentioned I was having a problem with WPM white powder mildew and what products I've tried . And the sales guys just he never had that problem it must be the humidity . I do have two hydrometers and know what my humidity is. I said that and his answer was " I don't know , I just talk to growers all day. " well I'm trying to information. About how to fix my problem it's a common problem , you sell products to help it , aren't you in the business of selling grow products ?? Anyways I felt he was very condescending to me . I can always buy stuff online and what keeps local stores open is the people who you deal with that build a community. The store has the biggest selection I just wish my help more helpful that day. If you give poor service people write reviews online , treat everyone kindly.

And everything is so incredibly healthy! The person who helped me here--Dave-- was extremely helpful and informative. I brought in a photo of my yard, and, from that photo, he designed a landscape that literally transformed the whole look of my house: he helped me select which plants would work best in my yard and soil; and which plants/colors best complimented one another. I then decided to do the planting myself. Dave delivered the plants, laid out everything for me, and then meticulously explained the correct way the plants should be planted.
