The installer combined natural & ground ( not unusual) nevertheless it needed to be separate per Crowe. Ok, corrected all works. SOOOO I would give Crowe a 9.5 and only reason not a 10 is because they are very expensive. Three guys got a 1 man maybe 2 job and not sure length of Romex/ BX type cable correct .
