They never called back even though I stated that I was a repeat customer. I called again. The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Honestly, how would I know that ? All I knew was that it was coming from the left bottom corner of the dishwasher. He promised to call me back the next day. That call never came. In my opinion, not a good way to do business. They were always so nice before. This sort of treatment angers me. And associate of the CEO returned my call today. Told him about all the numerous phone calls and texts. And how well the managers treated me After I told me they gave me new machine ,He then proceeded to tell me that it shouldn't have happened and he then told me he was also giving me a $250 gift card.
