They never called back even though I stated that I was a repeat customer. I called again. The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Honestly, how would I know that ? All I knew was that it was coming from the left bottom corner of the dishwasher. He promised to call me back the next day. That call never came. In my opinion, not a good way to do business. They were always so nice before. This sort of treatment angers me. I was told on Monday that the technician would arrive around 9:00 AM. At 7:46 AM on the morning of the appointment, I received a text saying the appointment was canceled because parts were needed. The washer had never been inspected, so I didn't understand how anyone could determine which parts were necessary before looking at the appliance. After receiving the text, I called multiple times but my calls went to voicemail and I never received a reply. If I had been notified the day before, I could have avoided taking a day off from work. Instead, I lost a day's pay waiting for an appointment that didn't happen. I have also contacted Home Depot and Allstate/SquareTrade to let them know what occurred. This review reflects my personal experience.
