They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

The immediate confirmation email was helpful and the assigned tech, Bruno, immediately texted to let us know when he'd be arriving. He arrived right on time and he got right down to business. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and he was also careful about removing his shoes in the house (not necessary by me, but appreciated!). Afterwards, he bagged up all of the lint that came out (a LOT) and we completed the payment process, which was fast, efficient, and secure. I have a very old AC unit that's in the attic and I wasn't very optimistic but after about an hour of working on it Alex got it working again by replacing a fan and installing a new thermostat that was compatible with new part. He has to work hard as it was warm that day and probably 90 degrees on the attic . Alex was very professional and personable. Price was incredibly fair .
