Smart Climate replaced my home's AC system including all of the ductwork, the air handler, and the condenser, and upgrading it to two cooling zones rather than one. Alex got back to me on the quote right away, much quicker than other quotes, and communicated quickly throughout the entire process. We needed to replace a 35 year old AC unit located in our attic. I researched and got quotes from several installers. I found Smart Climate in one of my computer searches, and was glad that I did. I can't recommend Smart Climate enough To anyone who has HVAC or plumbing needs. Alex and his crew were total professionals and did a tremendous job on our oil-to-gas conversion and replacing our A/C condenser and evaporator coil. They were extremely responsive and gave us an honest assessment of our needs, with a very fair cost estimate, which they stuck to. They were incredibly efficient and managed to do all of the work required in two days with excellent craftsmanship, plus oil tank removal for just a few hours on a third. The ductwork coming from our furnace and evaporator coil had previously been really shoddy and leaky, and the airflow throughout our house suffered as a result. The job Smart Climate did was expertly done and made dramatic difference, both in looks and performance. Alex and his crew were clean and courteous, they wore foot coverings and masks around the house. Alex walked me through registering for extending the limited warranties on the parts, as well as Mass Save rebates for our high-efficiency furnace after the job was complete.
