Bought a small sleeper couch with an additional attachable chaise lounge, and was helped by Isabel twice in store. She was very thoughtful explaining all of the different sizes and sleeper options to fit in the room. We went home and measured our home, room, stairs, and hallways multiple times to make sure it would be the right size. We went back to the store, where Isabel and the store manger helped us complete the order and explained all of goof proofing, delivery etc. Upon the day of delivery, the guys brought it in, got it to the top of the stairs and said it wouldn't fit any further. They brought it back down, and loaded it into the truck. We have had prior couch experiences ourselves with no professional delivery personnel, and got a larger couch into a smaller hallway, stairway, and doorway in a 150 year old building- with two regular guys from the family. Extremely frustrating, especially since we planned this whole couch deal for over a month before going for it. Everything should've been fine, but the delivery guys didn't know how to move furniture, and weren't willing to try. Not saying it is an easy job, but it is definitely more difficult if you have no clue what you are doing. Refund process was just as much of a nightmare. So unfortunate because the couch itself was perfect and we couldn't wait to have it. And BTW- Don't pay cash.

    I want to start by saying that Karen at the Dartmouth store was exceptional. She was understanding,…read moreempathetic and really great to work with. The furniture itself? Not so much - we have ordered from Bob's many years ago and it was actually one of our favorite couches of all time - Bob's has gone downhill in my opinion. The showroom piece that was on the floor for over a year was nicer than what was delivered 3 different times!! The fabric/stuffing was all rumpled on both the recliner foot rest, foot rest, and of the sectional including the storage section. After 3 times I gave up and returned the furniture - again because Karen made it easy. I then contacted Bob's to have them reimburse the delivery driver tips I gave totaling $60. I can't say I will look at furniture there again. I know you get what you pay for but we had looked at more reputable stores and they did not have what we had in mind - I suggest Bob's take a look at quality and improve before they go out of business Delivery was no problem with who they use - respectful and accommodating :( Sorry I do not have my pictures handy
