I found him to be too expensive. I was charged almost $3,000 to switch a gas water heater to an electric water heater.

At first, I was impressed with their work, but after some consideration I decided that I may have been taken advantage of. I had two toilets that were leaking at the flapper. We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired. The bill was $3906 Instead of a couple of hundred dollars. Since I'm 90, I've gotten a bit slow but at least I don't fall for the internet scams. read more

Wicked Plumbing had amazing reviews & I called them first without posting project. It was after normal service hours & I needed a dx & estimate on low water pressure. Owner called back promptly and was very nice, but could not meet with us until next week. The low pressure was more than just a little inconvenience because it it was causing the pump to run on/off eventually tripping the circuit. Was hoping to work toward a resolution sooner. Would try to call them again in the future if needed because of their high ratings. read more

October 14, 2025 I called to have a blockage that I thought was caused by a piece of plastic that covers a bidet spigot. They were prompt and gave me a quote of $1500 which I thought was high but didn't ask for an itemized bill as none of the work had been done. The toilet was taken out and a snake didn't find any blockage. I was told that the toilet flange needed to be replace and that a section of copper and PVC drain to the 1st floor sink (not cast iron) so I said well then the bill should be less to which Nick said not necessarily. When I was given the itemized bill I was shocked. After sharing this bill with several people and plumbers - the consensus was that this bill was ridiculously overcharged. It was suggested that I contact Nick and express my concern but was told "I gave you a quote and you accepted it". Then asked me "You aren't going to give me a bad review are you?" My daughter suggested them as she and a good experience which made me think they were trustworthy. Speaking with her today showing her my bills she said her second experience was an inflated $800 bill which I told her to post her own review. My brother recently needed a plumber and the second on the list of recommended plumbers was Wicked Plumber. Just be warned that its disappointing to know that they seem to be more worried about their reviews than how they overcharge their customers. read more

We had Nick out about a year and a half ago to fix an emergency water valve issue to our washing machine. They get a star for being able to come out quickly and having a professional vibe. The price was STEEP, but we were in a tough spot and had to do it. Here we are 1 year and 8 months later and the washing machine water valve and pipe is ALREADY LEAKING AGAIN. When I called, Nick notified me that his work is only guaranteed for 1 year and that I would need to pay for him to even come take a look (at his own work!). I had another plumber out today who confirmed it was the valve/pipe leaking and it would need to be re-done. Its disappointing to know that 1) the work didn't last and 2) he wasn't willing to even cover the cost to look at his own work. read more

I was very happy with the service we received, they were able to come out earlier than our scheduled time (which was great, as it was an emergency) and they were sure to call ahead just to make sure that we would be available for the earlier time. Called Wicked back as my disposal started to leak. The unit was dated 2004! Bottom rusted out so we got our monies worth. Nick brought me many options and surprisingly suggested a less expensive Insinkerator model with a better construction, better performance and a better warranty. AND so much quieter!
