They were helpful and friendly on the phone and actually offered to come the same day (larger companies I looked into offered next day service)! The technician was prompt and friendly. He was able to diagnose problem quickly and thoroughly. While I know that not every problem will be as clear and simple as our (baby sock stuck in water pump), but I was grateful that I didn't have to play games or do a run around with the company on price, time, service, etc. Bay is a family run business and they treated my family as a family, and not an opportunity to make some money. They never called back even though I stated that I was a repeat customer. I called again. The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Honestly, how would I know that ? All I knew was that it was coming from the left bottom corner of the dishwasher. He promised to call me back the next day. That call never came. In my opinion, not a good way to do business. They were always so nice before. This sort of treatment angers me.
