Talked to 4 Managers at Lowe's Mineral Spring Ave No Prov They also tried booking appointments in my time frame after New England Appliance blew me off. The managers got me a new washer. And associate of the CEO returned my call today. Told him about all the numerous phone calls and texts. And how well the managers treated me After I told me they gave me new machine ,He then proceeded to tell me that it shouldn't have happened and he then told me he was also giving me a $250 gift card. Right now I am extremely happy with them. BUT BEWARE DO NOT USE NEW ENGLAND APPLIANCE IN PAWTUCKET. I EVEN ASKED GIRL 3 times TO HAVE OWNER CALL ME. STILL WAITING. I THINK THE PROBLEM IS HER. They never called back even though I stated that I was a repeat customer. I called again. The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Honestly, how would I know that ? All I knew was that it was coming from the left bottom corner of the dishwasher. He promised to call me back the next day. That call never came. In my opinion, not a good way to do business. They were always so nice before. This sort of treatment angers me. I went in to Wickford Appliance to buy an advertised dryer on 10/3/25. Surprise! They were all sold…read moreout and didn't offer another dryer in its place. I had to pay 500.00 more! When I finally received the dryer a month later, it was damaged and had to go back for parts. Over two months later, I am still waiting on the repairs and I don't have the dryer that I paid for over two months ago. This is so completely unacceptable! I have probably called over 10 times over the course of two months not one person has ever called me back and they do not have a date that the part will be in.... I am going to corporate tomorrow. This is beyond bad customer service. I feel like they stole my money and I have no date of any dryer being delivered. ****And I only received a response after this review went public. Why wasn't good basic customer service provided by this company? Why did I have to go to this length to get anyone to respond to me? ***
