He said he would return the next day to replace the line, and I paid the $140 fee for the service call. Despite several calls and texts, they never returned to replace the drain line. I finally called a plumber who came a day later.

He gave us a 30 day warranty and stated if this stopped working he would order a new part and fix it free of charge. The dryer worked for exactly a week and then stopped working. I reached out and he informed he will contact after ordering the part He did text that he has the part but has not answered any of my texts or given me a time. I hope he will respond soon ....... still waiting so far .. Update ... he was busy and just called . Will be back to repair my dryer
