I love this place. I always get a call back within 24 hours if I leave a message. Service is scheduled within the week. Randy is always on time. He is very knowledgeable and always fixes the issue. They offer a 90 day warranty. Recently, I had another issue with a repair done apprx 3 months ago. Randy found another issue but did not charge me for the service call which he should have done. He did a temporary fix that should last a few months and priced the repair. His prices are always reasonable! Would not use another appliance repair service! read more

This company no showed/ no called on me on a Monday. I was the one to call them the next day and they told me the person had an emergency w their child and apologized and offered an alternative day. I'm a mom and I understand kids will always come first. So I gave them another chance. And guess what, they called to cancel again after I spent all day waiting for them. Top-notch service from top to bottom. From making the appointment, to meeting Randy (within 24 hours of my initial call), we had a great experience. He came out to my house and immediately diagnosed the issue with our dryer. Within minutes, he had the replacement parts installed and the dryer was up and running again. We called and set up an appointment to have a technician come to our home to see why our gas oven would not heat up. We received a text message confirming that Randy would arrive August 30, 2019 between 3:00 PM and 6:00PM. At 5:50 PM I called Appliance Master concerned I had not heard anything from Randy about the time he would arrive. I left a message and heard nothing back. Randy never showed up. My husband who set the appointment up never received a call or text saying there was a change in plans for the service call. My husband called Friday after the schedule time he also left a voicemail. On Saturday morning be a text message thanking them for their not so outstanding customer service We have done business with them in the past but not anymore. I used recommended them to family and friends. Our opinion is they didn't need our business. I see from other reviews this is no the first time this has happened. I called Appliance Master on Thursday evening and they were able to schedule a Saturday morning appointment for my leaking washer (super convenient!). The woman on the phone was friendly and explained that there was a $69 diagnostic fee which would be waived if we chose to go forward and repair the appliance. Then the fee would just be the cost of parts and labor. Our repair guy, Randy was friendly and professional and called 15 minutes before he was about to arrive. They changed the thermostat on my fridge. I panicked and called office when I saw temp wasn't fixed in a couple hours. I left a vm & owner called right back and explained it takes 24 hours. Problem was fixed and ultimately I'm a satisfied customer. read more

I waited all day from 9- 5. Randy came to my house about 3 weeks ago, after much cajoling between us. The excuse I got was someone was in the hospital so neither one could or would return my calls inexcusable, there is nothing more frustrating than making a call and no one acknowledges you. I wanted to support a small business. Mistake. Apparently they are so independent and uncaring about their customers. Randy finally came. He "fixed" my washer, needed to be recalibrated, $109. It has only been about 3 weeks and same thing happened. I call them. No one got back to be so I went online and booked an appointment. Not only he did not come but. I feel him and his wife think they have the upper hand and can bully me. Well, I will never use them again and will spread the word about how undependable they are If he did not want to come back, and if he was a man, he should have grown a set and told me. read more

Appliance Master sent out a guy this morning to check our washing machine. "Between 9 and 12" turned out to be 9:30 - not bad! The bad news for us, which we saw coming, is that our machine is toast and not worth the cost of repair. The good news was that Appliance Master was friendly, not sketchy, and honest enough to just tell us, "You really should just buy a new unit." Thank you, Appliance Master, for not trying to squeeze out the sale. Also, their house call cost was really reasonable - about half of what I had to pay a month ago for an A/C repair. I am surprised at the other great reviews. I called on Tuesday morning and was told someone would be out between 2-5 on Wednesday. I called again Wednesday to make sure I was still scheduled for 2-5 in the afternoon and was told yes, you are still scheduled for service. I called back at 4:30 when there was no show or no calls and my call went right to their voice messaging service. I called repeatedly for 1.5 hrs trying to find out the status, eventually my calls were not even going to voice mail, just disconnected. No show, no calls, no recommendation for this business. read more
