The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Honestly, how would I know that ? All I knew was that it was coming from the left bottom corner of the dishwasher. He promised to call me back the next day. That call never came. In my opinion, not a good way to do business. They were always so nice before. This sort of treatment angers me. Its a 17 year old Maytag refrigerator and this is the first time we had an issue with it so we're hoping to get another 17 years out of it. Neighborhood repair is easy to get in contact with, schedule appointments, they're on time for the most part and they update you with text messages which makes doing business really easy. Otherwise, the service was great and the issue was quickly fixed.

He said he would return the next day to replace the line, and I paid the $140 fee for the service call. Despite several calls and texts, they never returned to replace the drain line.
