    Very satisfied with Cox internet and cable. The guys were on time (early) for appt., service is clear. Telephone help excellent.

    Walked into the Verizon store and it was crowded. Lots of people wanting to be waited on, I guess…read morebecause this store also offers service for FIOS and other products, not just cellphone service. The staff really is hurried and not very attentive. It's a shame, because ATT and Verizon are supposed to have the best network coverage in the country. I waited so long, I did not get anyone to come to help...it's a pity. I guess I will have to check my options online..that might be the easiest thing to do... I called customer service woman told me I could get the iPhone 13 today…read morewhich is March 16th 2025 for 75.00 they will mail the phone to me within 3 to 5 business days. Then after the 30 days all I had to do was drop down to the $35 flex plan. I told her I'm going to call back if that's okay well I still get the same deal you know I was like this is recorded said yes the line's recorded. I call back I explained to them what I was told they said oh no nope we don't have that they would never say that I said well you can go back and listen to the recording she's like yep my manager is listening to it okay. She puts me on hold comes back and says yeah we can't find that recording you never called today oh I have proof I called today because I have the number the time or when I called I called twice two times today. If I didn't have such a good deal on my three lines I would not be with this company. They are horrible they lie they cheat they're sneaky they are pathetically untrained unprofessional ignorant people. And what is makes me so upset is that she's going to tell me there's no recording and that I never called in today oh I called in today I most certainly did I called him twice they just don't want to give the deal that the other customer service woman told me I was going to get today they don't want to do it So it's easy for them just to say you lie So my advice is if you don't have to go to MetroPCS don't do it.

    Service requested at this location was very simple, I had a totally nuked iPad and I wanted to see…read morethe repairability of it. This place gave me some very genuine advice, and the quality of the service rep was an easy 10/10. This representative replied to requests in English and Spanish, and helped me fully under the situation my device was in. The value at this place (I am and IT and CS worker) was very better than fair, and they have products and services all the way back to iPhone 6! The business was also not upset with the comment that I needed to see other options before making my decision. About my product situation: this company iPad is totaled and sadly not going to be repaired right now

I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer. Be careful!
