I went to the store and the associate working at the time gave me 3 other options, none of them matching what I was told on the phone. When I asked when Thomas was working, the associate completely shut down and got an attitude with me. I came back when Thomas was working and he was able to provide me with what he offered on the phone. I received my newest bill online and when I checked the details, I discovered a new line was added to my account. I never asked or approved a new line. The store manager is now telling me it's a digital number that was added and not another line. This is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this store again.

I politely interrupted and informed Mike that I had arrived long before this customer he was helping. However, Mike did not seem to care and told me to " wait, and he would be with me shortly". After another 10 minutes passed, Mike H. finally turned his attention to me. I explained I was there to add an international calling plan as I was traveling out of the country for approximately 18 days. After allowing him access to my account, he refused to help me as the account is listed under my daughter and son in law at the same address as mine. HE REFUSED TO CONTACT MY DAUGHTER TO ASK PERMISSION TO ALLOW THIS TRANSACTION. I explained to Mike that on several occasions when I have visited this store for this same request, the service person contacted my daughter for authorization and completed my request. Mike told me that my daughter had to call Customer Service to complete my request! THAT's ODD- I THOUGHT MIKE REPRESENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe Mike was very rude (borderline belligerent ) to me and would never go back to this store again. I returned home and completed the transaction on the phone with a very pleasant agent. After reading many glowing reviews, I chose to bring my phone there. Over 600 Google reviews - every single one a 5-star rating - were spot on, as my experience was outstanding also. The shop is conveniently located in Warwick, inside the Walmart at the R.I. Mall on Bald Hill Road. Surrounded by cell phone accessories, one woman sits at a desk that is also her workshop. Magic happens here ... She quickly diagnosed that my phone needed a new charging board/port, and explained the repair in a straightforward manner, with a clearly quoted price that was very reasonable. She keeps parts for many phones, but happened to be out of the part for my particular phone, so I had to return a couple days later, when it was re-stocked. No problem, though, she said my phone was also capable of being charged using a wireless magsafe charger (which I didn't know about). She sold me a wireless charger at a very reasonable price, and she was so thorough that she tried it on my phone to made sure it worked, before I left the store. I was very grateful that I was able to use my business phone again, while I waited for the part to be ordered. As promised, two days later, the part arrived, and she contacted me. I returned, left the phone with her, went to do an errand, and when I returned about 45 minutes later, my phone repair was complete, and my phone was fully charged, with a new glass screen protector installed (which I requested) and my phone case reinstalled. The phone was good to go, and instantly begins charging when I plug a charge cord in it. I am beyond happy, and would recommend this business without hesitation.

My phone flew off the cars roof probably around 70-75 MPH. Once we realize the phone was missing we had to use find my friends to locate the phone. It was located off the side of Route 24 & the entire screen was completely destroyed. We went to Verizon to purchase a new phone and the kid who activated the new phone completely screwed it up. All my emails, messages and contacts were gone. I went to Verizon wireless in Swansea and because I don't use iCloud back up my only hope was to have the phone repaired.
