This is a copy of the letter I sent the District Manager. I added the Post Script. Dear: I am reaching out to you to make you aware of a total breakdown of your systems for serving your customer. From purchasing, to training, to knowledge of the vendors you work with, my experience has been a total disaster! I bought a phone from an independent T-Mobile location in Central Falls, RI on Dexter astreet. It was a Samsung A32. It was purchased 9n 3/17/2022. I am a Sprint customer that was absorbed by T-Mobile. I also was a Metro PCS customer for years. The phone spazzed out and wasn't working for days. I spent no less that 12 hours IN YOUR STORE over multiple days trying to resolve this. Once, I spent 5 hours in your store, and twice stayed 30 minutes after closing. Once, it necessitated me having to buy an umbrella due to the rain that was occurring once I left the building. I just today received my phone. I was told, as well as your representative, via the speakerphone feature, that I would have to wait until the next business day to receive my phone back from Samsung. Samsung refused to work on the phone unless they had a receipt. I had given the receipt to your representative before I sent the phone off to be repaired. Samsung wanted a receipt, but I have now thrown it away. So, they sent it back unrepaired. This is NOT a good model, and in my opinion, should not be on the shelves. One of your employees had this model and gave it back because he had issues with it also, As a matter of fact, it's hanging up in the store. A customer showed an interest in buying a m A-32 while I was there and immediately, due to everything I've gone through over the last two weeks, told the customer, that the phone was not available. Your employees did NOT know if UPS could pick up the phone at my house ( which UPS can for a charge, unless Samsung pays for it ) and I ended up walking half an hour in 70 plus degree heat to drop the phone off at an Advanced Auto Parts store. TWO managers there have told me face to face that there's NOTHING they can do for me. This is why you are receiving this email. The employees were accommodating and kind and gave me a chair to sit on while I was sitting in the store trying to get a work this out. I look forward to hearing back from you. That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

He told me it was my son's word against his and refused to give me the name and contact information for the manager or owner of the shop. He absolutely damaged the camera on the iPhone and was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. BEWARE if you go here for a repair you may leave with more damage than you started with.

I called a number but was a totally different number than what's shown. The number that's showing is not in service. I brought my tv there on a Saturday. What a horrible place. Its crammed. Safety and fire hazardous. . They said that they can fix it. Mind you the tv works great. The only thing wrong was no reception because of the broken antenna. Anyway they text me on Tuesday that it was fixed. I picked it up after work brought it home hooked up my clear tv antenna turned on the tv. The power button blinked twice and the red button came on. No visual picture nothing. I text the guy and told him it does not turn on. He text me back then there is something else wrong with your tv. I wanted to ask him if he turned the tv on to make sure the Antenna works. But he was already a jerk to begin with.. I think he forgot to hook a wire or something up to the power button. I called the toll free number on the owners manual. The closest place to fix it is an hour away. And only open 9-5. So now I'm without a tv again.

Their prices were lower than other places. They were efficient, knowlegable, affordable and pleasant to work with and I would recommend them 100%. The service I had them do was fix the HDMI port and clean the inside of the unit (which I didn't realize collected so much debris over the years) The unti is now working fabulously.

When I ordered my bed frame I was told that it would take a few weeks extra to come in because of shipments being delayed. I was told they would be reaching out to setup the drop off for my mattress and metal frame but they never called so I reached out to them. The store never contacted me to let me know that my order was going to be delayed even further and each time I went in to pay half the time they never even mentioned it. It wasn't until over 3 months passed that I was told it should be coming in. Some of it was out of their hands but I feel like the way they were acting was tough there's nothing they could do about it and it will come in when it comes in all the while I was paying for the frame each week.

I thought.....I came today to purchase my items and use the rewards that appears on my membership account. I thought of an alternarte way and I had remember that BJ's has an In-Club APP feature. So I used it, I scanned each item with my cellpone and I then was able to Apply the Rewards to my Cart. Why did I have to figure that myself??? Instead of having the BJ's customer service person help me with that option/idea ???

For me partially I think the membership is on the higher end cost wise. They don't have as many…read morethings as Costco. I personally rather pay for a Costco membership and drive a little further to get there. BJ's definitely is more local and I will say their cookie platters are delicious and great for parties.
