I went to the store and the associate working at the time gave me 3 other options, none of them matching what I was told on the phone. When I asked when Thomas was working, the associate completely shut down and got an attitude with me. I came back when Thomas was working and he was able to provide me with what he offered on the phone. I received my newest bill online and when I checked the details, I discovered a new line was added to my account. I never asked or approved a new line. The store manager is now telling me it's a digital number that was added and not another line. This is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this store again.

There's plenty of parking in front of each one of the businesses, making it easy for customers to get in/out. Right on Bald Hill road, this is a convenient location for many.

After waiting for 20 minutes, the manager began to help someone who had walked in after I had arrived. I politely interrupted and informed Mike that I had arrived long before this customer he was helping. However, Mike did not seem to care and told me to " wait, and he would be with me shortly". After another 10 minutes passed, Mike H. finally turned his attention to me. I explained I was there to add an international calling plan as I was traveling out of the country for approximately 18 days. After allowing him access to my account, he refused to help me as the account is listed under my daughter and son in law at the same address as mine. HE REFUSED TO CONTACT MY DAUGHTER TO ASK PERMISSION TO ALLOW THIS TRANSACTION. I explained to Mike that on several occasions when I have visited this store for this same request, the service person contacted my daughter for authorization and completed my request. Mike told me that my daughter had to call Customer Service to complete my request! THAT's ODD- I THOUGHT MIKE REPRESENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe Mike was very rude (borderline belligerent ) to me and would never go back to this store again. I returned home and completed the transaction on the phone with a very pleasant agent. A very disgruntled senior citizen!

DO NOT COME HERE! This is not truly a Verizon store!…read more I had the worst experience ordering a mobile hotspot here. I came in on a Sunday and placed the order and picked it up Wednesday. I asked the store rep here to activate it in store to confirm that it worked. He could not get it working and sent me with it to the true Verizon corporate store on route 1 across from Target. I should have gone to this legit corporate store to begin with. At the corporate store, they confirmed that the hotspot I received from the 1230 Ave location was defective and provided me with a new hotspot that was set up in less than 10 minutes. Then I had to return the original hotspot to the original location 1230 Newport Ave )because the true Verizon store could not process a return from this third party retailer) and had the WORST experience. It was a HUGE hassle where even the store rep was hung up on and disconnected repeatedly while attempting to process the return with the other company reps. Everything required multiple approval codes and calls and escalations. I wasted so much time at this store when I could have just done everything at the true, corporate location on route 1. Despite the Verizon signs everywhere, be advised that this 1230 Newport Ave location is not actually a true Verizon store with full service capabilities. While the reps here tried to be helpful this was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a cell phone store and would completely discourage anyone from even setting foot inside this store! Even the rep was super frustrated with his own company! It took literally over an hour to process a return and it was extremely frustrating that even the store reps could not work with their corporate contacts and system. I wrote this whole review while living through this hellish experience. AVOID this place and go to the corporate location on Route 1. This was the worst!

No word for weeks. We are now THREE MONTHS from when my nearly brand new MacBook AIR with a broken LCD screen was dropped off with personal and financial information on it and now I'm told the price as gone up again to $411 because that's what they paid for the screen. The price has jumped over and over again and I'm still without the laptop. I will be contacting the BBB, small business board in the state of RI and leaving reviews on every website including their Facebook. TERRIBLE business who doesn't care about the customer. They couldn't even honor the price of the repair on good faith. This is a business I hope closes for good. EDIT: No idea why it says San Francisco. My phone flew off the cars roof probably around 70-75 MPH. Once we realize the phone was missing we had to use find my friends to locate the phone. It was located off the side of Route 24 & the entire screen was completely destroyed. We went to Verizon to purchase a new phone and the kid who activated the new phone completely screwed it up. All my emails, messages and contacts were gone. I went to Verizon wireless in Swansea and because I don't use iCloud back up my only hope was to have the phone repaired. So I took it The Pro Fix wireless & Kadir guaranteed me he could fix it and he was right. Now my 12 works perfectly and I returned the new one. THANK HOU KADIR!!!!!!!!!!
