The service was very good, very busy inside but the staff knew their selection quite well and even offered some suggestions of places that may carry what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable as well. I can't speak on the things besides gundam, but the gundam were priced nearly the same as online retailers after shipping. A nice store that I would visit again for any hobbyist needs.

All the products are new in boxes. The man behind the counter was not overly friendly but he seemed busy working on an order or some inventory. It seems like most of his business is either locals or people that call in to order a part that they need for their hobby. As for a hobby shop, it is really not hobbies in the traditional sense where they are quite limited in the variety of things they carry. I can't really comment on the prices of the goods because it is more of "if you need it, you'll pay what it costs".

The next day He sent me photos of the ones available. Mind you for Facebook yardsale they were overpriced, usually they're $5-8 used, but I understand the cost of a physical business. Before I wrote back I needed to check which ones I already had or had completed, but before I could do so had a personal emergency that prevented me from writing back to the message right away, which he should have understood could happen based on his own message. He wrote the next day, any interested, then I just get a message that says "There is no common courtesy these days..." Meanwhile on my end I'm handicapped from a recent spinal neck surgery going through a medical emergency and I come back and find this rude message when I went to write back a few days later about the puzzles. Had actually planned to buy all but one but this guy's snarky rude remark definitely does not make me want to get the ride over to do business with him and his overpriced puzzles. What a absolute jerk who obviously does know how to offer good customer service. Started off strong only to be an utter disgusting disappointment of a business. Learn how to talk to people and treat them with respect. You never know what someone else has going on in their life.

What they DIDN'T tell us was ANYTHING about how that process works. So, six weeks later we got hit with a LARGE bill from our previous carrier, leaving us with almost nothing leftover for Christmas shopping. We then called customer service and this carrier store, they both gave us different answers on what went wrong. Ultimately we applied for a refund for the bill online and they gave us a deadline of 12/14 for it to be verified. It is now 12/18, and after several phone calls trying to get through to customer service, several callbacks from the representative, and about 3 hours of our day- we've been told it will take another SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS to get our money back. If we were told how the process works in the first place, this would not have happened. The carrier store either would've handled it correctly and covered the bill the first time, or they would've told us about the wait and we wouldn't have started service with them at all. Absolutely ludicrous in terms of transparency and customer satisfaction. We are absolutely infuriated.
