The store was well organized and well marked items were a plenty only on issue Not many employees to keep the crowds in line... the lines for check out was out of control and very confusing which line for checkout you were in and some shoppers were abit aggressive! Maybe crowd control by management might help or extra staff at checkout! Noticed a few in line waiting and waiting till they left their picked items and walked out! We had a family emergency this morning after we spoke and it affected our entire day. Will followup tomorrow after we open at 12 noon. Again my apologies. The next day He sent me photos of the ones available. Mind you for Facebook yardsale they were overpriced, usually they're $5-8 used, but I understand the cost of a physical business. Before I wrote back I needed to check which ones I already had or had completed, but before I could do so had a personal emergency that prevented me from writing back to the message right away, which he should have understood could happen based on his own message. He wrote the next day, any interested, then I just get a message that says "There is no common courtesy these days..." Meanwhile on my end I'm handicapped from a recent spinal neck surgery going through a medical emergency and I come back and find this rude message when I went to write back a few days later about the puzzles. Had actually planned to buy all but one but this guy's snarky rude remark definitely does not make me want to get the ride over to do business with him and his overpriced puzzles. What a absolute jerk who obviously does know how to offer good customer service. Started off strong only to be an utter disgusting disappointment of a business. Learn how to talk to people and treat them with respect. You never know what someone else has going on in their life.

Lots of models for sale and they can help you decide what genre of the hobby best fits your needs. I flipping love that the military items have their own room in the back. They also have a decent stock of photo etch and other add ons for your model. This really is a one stop shop. No need to go anywhere else. The military kits are moderately priced and the selection is good but could be better.

It seems like most of his business is either locals or people that call in to order a part that they need for their hobby. I can't really comment on the prices of the goods because it is more of "if you need it, you'll pay what it costs".

If you're looking for the latest HO releases from Rapido, Atlas, or Athearn, this isn't the place. ...but if you want to get some inexpensive freight cars and track for your favorite kid (or yourself), you're bound to find something here. In the back they have scratchbuilding supplies, books, and paint. I found some stuff here (O gauge vinyl roadbed) that hasn't been made in years. In talking with the staff, they purchase collections of stuff so they don't always know what they will have. It is like walking into a used train show, and the prices are very fair.
