I don't like waiting but I'm sure the workers don't love long busy days either. It was an hour yesterday to buy a new phone and some AirPods - and did the set up of the phone at home. BUT - The staff is always helpful for me - patient and friendly. The girl last night didn't oooooze warm fuzzies but she did ooze "we aren't letting you make a bad decision" and I need that in my life. I'd like her to go shopping with me and set me straight more often. Finally moved on to AirPods instead of corded headphones - welcome to 2024. I've been buying phones here for years. I just bought a new S22 Ultra a few months ago, and it was a smooth experience. The representative was a young woman, and I think her name was Sarah. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she really took care of the data transfer process and setting everything up. I only felt slightly rushed towards the end because the store was becoming very busy, but it wasn't due to the person I was dealing with. The manager sent her to talk to other customers while he helped finish things with me. All in all it was a good experience and they have more than adequate supplies of popular phones and accessories. I visited this location twice today and both times I met with different people , and they were both very helpful. Usually my experiences with T-Mobile locations are horrible but these 2 times gave me hope. This location is convenient for me, and they have a parking lot but it's shared with other businesses so it's a little difficult, and it's off of mineral spring so it's very busy that's the only downfall. This location is very pretty , and has a good amount of display inside for being such a small place. They have around 3-4 workers per shift which is great so you don't wait long. Anyways Leo was my cashier who helped me he was extremely helpful. And he made quite a few sales from me because of his education and understanding of the products. He was very informative and he was very down to earth and didn't mind answering all my many questions. He was honest and was very blunt to any question I asked he didn't just try to sell me stuff. He actually cared about what I wanted and sold me what I wanted versus how other seller sell what they want. Overall great experience! read more

We went into this T-Mobile expecting to upgrade my wife's phone and was treated very poorly. The young unprofessional female proceeded to ask us a plethora of questions when we already explained to her what we wanted having already researched. Prior to our arrival the same representative had lost a customer who also walked out angrily with out purchasing. We decided to take our business to the T-Mobil at the Providence Place Mall where they appreciate customers and welcome new business. There's a total of 7 phones in my family the Mineral Spring N.Providence location will never see a penny from us. Buyer beware stay away from this location. read more

Horrible customer service! I mean just awful! I had a problem with my phone that was a mechanical issue. Kevin was the young man who helped me. He told me to go home and call the number he gave me for the phones insurance. I called when I got home and was told to go back to the store. This was after waiting at the store for almost an hour and then being on the phone with insurance for almost the same. I got the new phone very quickly, T-Mobile is very good about that. However, I went there today to get the phone. Unfortunately, I got Kevin again He was not helpful at all with transferring my data. Told me to back away from him, yet his mask only covered his mouth. I called customer service while I was at the store. They assured me that the people there could assist me with transferring my apps. Kevin then told me that was not his job. I asked his last name and he replied it's none of your business. I will never go to this location again.
