Then after the 30 days all I had to do was drop down to the $35 flex plan. I told her I'm going to call back if that's okay well I still get the same deal you know I was like this is recorded said yes the line's recorded. I call back I explained to them what I was told they said oh no nope we don't have that they would never say that I said well you can go back and listen to the recording she's like yep my manager is listening to it okay. She puts me on hold comes back and says yeah we can't find that recording you never called today oh I have proof I called today because I have the number the time or when I called I called twice two times today. If I didn't have such a good deal on my three lines I would not be with this company. They are horrible they lie they cheat they're sneaky they are pathetically untrained unprofessional ignorant people. And what is makes me so upset is that she's going to tell me there's no recording and that I never called in today oh I called in today I most certainly did I called him twice they just don't want to give the deal that the other customer service woman told me I was going to get today they don't want to do it So it's easy for them just to say you lie So my advice is if you don't have to go to MetroPCS don't do it.

This is a beautifully lit store to make you feel like you're in a futuristic type movie. Phone and ipad cases line the walls with a giant machine in the middle. They specialize in cases for your electronics and are extremely helpful and friendly. I initially came looking for a battery charging case for my iPhone 6, which the store was out of. However, the store attendant was very helpful and explained that buying an expensive charging case might not be the best investment as if I were ever to change my phone model then my charging case would be useless. Instead, the very attentive and gracious store manager showed me the extensive collection of portable phone chargers they carried, which were all on sale! I ended up purchasing a $60 model for only $30 in addition to a brand new case and screen protector for my phone, both of which the manager kindly installed for me for free. And because I bought so much, the manager threw in a second free portable charger as well! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for any phone accessories or cases in the Providence area. Some of their products are on the pricier side, but they have a wide selection, the employees are helpful and they do have sales. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchases.

After reading many glowing reviews, I chose to bring my phone there. Over 600 Google reviews - every single one a 5-star rating - were spot on, as my experience was outstanding also. The shop is conveniently located in Warwick, inside the Walmart at the R.I. Mall on Bald Hill Road. Surrounded by cell phone accessories, one woman sits at a desk that is also her workshop. Magic happens here ... She quickly diagnosed that my phone needed a new charging board/port, and explained the repair in a straightforward manner, with a clearly quoted price that was very reasonable. She keeps parts for many phones, but happened to be out of the part for my particular phone, so I had to return a couple days later, when it was re-stocked. No problem, though, she said my phone was also capable of being charged using a wireless magsafe charger (which I didn't know about). She sold me a wireless charger at a very reasonable price, and she was so thorough that she tried it on my phone to made sure it worked, before I left the store. I was very grateful that I was able to use my business phone again, while I waited for the part to be ordered. As promised, two days later, the part arrived, and she contacted me. I returned, left the phone with her, went to do an errand, and when I returned about 45 minutes later, my phone repair was complete, and my phone was fully charged, with a new glass screen protector installed (which I requested) and my phone case reinstalled. The phone was good to go, and instantly begins charging when I plug a charge cord in it. I am beyond happy, and would recommend this business without hesitation.
