I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer since my first cellphone many many years ago. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Recently the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. This T-Mobile store located on Level 3, near Boscov's, always has the free items in stock and I never had any trouble redeeming it. At times, you may have to wait for a staff member to assist you but the staff are always friendly. Download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already. read more

Super sweet crew, greeted me as soon as I walked in. Was able to discuss all of the newer phone options and explain the difference between them. During my last visit I was also able to walk out with a brand new phone. All I ask in these type of businesses is to be treated with respect and courtesy, fortunately Providence place is the place to be out of all the T-Mobile's in the city! Can beat Verizon's offers for mobile service. Had been at-Mobile customer for years but they couldn't math what Verizon offered.

The husband wanted to stop in as T-Mobile is offering a 50% off deal for those in the military (active or veteran) - we just wanted info on how much it would be for two lines and how the transfer between carriers would work...ended up switching to T-Mobile right then and there! All they needed was the service member's ID (or a DD214 if you're a veteran), account number from the previous carrier, switch the SIM cards out, and voila! We even got to keep our phone numbers too! The husband had to get another SIM card since the first one he got wasn't working well; calls went through but the cellular data wasn't connecting. The guys working there were very helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout the switch. We'll definitely swing on by again if we need something taken care of that can't be done over the phone or app! read more
