He then opened my phone to get to get the model number and went on the internet to EBay to see If they had any for sale. He found one for me order it right in front of me and it arrived in 3 days. Mike received the phone switched out my old motherboard so he saved all of my contacts. He charged me exactly what he paid for the phone that we both looked at on EBay along with the cost of removing and replacing the motherboards . I had stopped a Verizon first and the could only sell me a new phone plus activation fees totaling $180 dollars . I will be contacting the BBB, small business board in the state of RI and leaving reviews on every website including their Facebook. TERRIBLE business who doesn't care about the customer. I typically buy refurbished phones off eBay, but this time I saw an ad online saying support small…read morebusinesses, and I decided why not, let me give it a shot. I walked in and the buying process was as smooth as it could have been. The refurbished phone was a bit scratched up but seemed to work fine. Two hours later the back of the refurbished phone (iPhone) was peeling off. For me it was a bad sign (if the back of the phone was already peeling off, what else will break? It just seemed like shotty work). I went back for a refund as the phone did not seem to be in good condition. I was told that there would be a restocking fee... fine. Then they told me they were doing me a "favor" by accepting my return, and that within the 3 hours that I was gone they sold my trade-in device. Note that there was no signage in the store, or on my receipt stating that there wasn't a refund policy. So because of how "complicated" the transaction was I was only able to be refunded for the actual money that was paid (I completely lost my trade-in; I said that he had no problem assigning a cash value for it earlier in the transaction. I was basically told that there was not enough margin for him to refund me the agreed upon trade-in value? ). I would not recommend doing business here.

The store manager is now telling me it's a digital number that was added and not another line. This is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this store again.
